The staff rep was great but I have full coverage insurance and for the device that I need they want me to pay first but my insurance normally pays for everything and I'm on disability and can't afford to pay first

Have not talked to anyone yet. I never heard of you guys so I can’t rate you as of yet. I have phoned twice, was sent to voicemail after holding 2 minutes or more. Looking forward to speaking to you guys then I will retake the surgery.

I was eight months post op total hip, every step I took was painful as the bone was not growing to the rod! After four weeks on using this the pain lessen and now two months later almost pain free !!

The insurance and billing process was not accurately explained before delivery of the Nexwave device. Additional supplies were auto shipped and charged without being requested and could not be returned. Device was delivered 1 month prior to surgery and it was not explained that rental cost started before being able to use it. I would have delayed delivery until after surgery and once my sutures were removed. I received an inaccurate bill and had to call to correct. If I had it to do over again, I would have elected not to us... read more

I don’t know any company that deals with insurance that can’t bill a secondary, such as Medicare. I’m sure you have plenty of customers left with bills because you “can’t” or just plain won’t. I’m done with your company and I would never recommend you to anyone.

Do not deal with this company they try to rip off insurance company's and patience do not except there mechine you will pay hundreds of dollars and they tell you only 25.00
