Terrible. Took months to get you to stop sending me pads for the tens machine and now you just tell me that you are reaching out to my dr because there is a problem with my ins. They want more info. Never again. I’m returning all unopened packages to you. Horrible experience

It appears to be price gouging, or even fraud. The charges sent to the insurance company are absolutely ridiculous, even with contracted lower rates. Zx kept sending monthly rental charges for 5–6 months when it should’ve been a purchase after three months. Charges for batteries and pads are also exorbitant. And it is all a bureaucratic mess instead of a simple straightforward process.

Well, if you give me a text message to complete sign up, and I can do it online, then tell me I need to call to comete sign up, followed by: Oh just leave us a phone message and we'll get back. I call that poor customer service.

System to refund $$ paid by the patient upfront needs to be greatly improved. After my insurance company paid back in July, I’ve called numerous times and they keep telling me they haven’t gotten the insurance payment. The insurance company called them on Friday and it was determined they’d had the payment all along. I still haven’t gotten my refund over a month later.

It took three times telling my pain management dr. That zynex had not contacted me to do that I could get a prescribed device. It took over 2 months of talking to my dr. for them to finally contact about my prescription

Quit over pricing $200 pieces of equipment to the insurance companies for $2000. I found my same machine on Amazon for about $100. When i would ask the CSR a direct yes or no question she would skirt the answer with what sounded like pre dialogued answers. Very frustrating conversation. A mgr was not available because they ALL just conveniently went into a mtg. I’ve reported to BBB and my insurance to investigate.

I was clearly told by the customer service representative at the onset that I could rent the device on a monthly basis and if I returned the device later I would not be charged and there will be no fees and that I was under no obligation to buy it. I returned the device with all its accessories. But more than one year after returning it I receive a bill indicating I owe for batteries, monthly charges and fees.
