Well the first contact was really bad. But then Slone took over and Has promised a new unit. Plus sshe is going to look into the surprise bill I received after 2+ years. I don't feel that it is legal in Colorado to bill a patient 2+ years after receiving this unit in May 2019. So we will see what happens.

I don't appreciate your company sending me product I didn't order and don't need and when I requested to stop it you won't accept the unused items back that I have to pay for like making me spend my hard earned money on your products

I’am extremely disappointed with Zynex, they kept on sending me the electric devices for my unit without communicating to me if I needed them and I also called them back in April and told them, to stop sending them and I called them last week and they said they had no record of my phone call, now Um having to pay

I made 3 payments on your online payment system. Whether or not they went through is the question right now. Whether they went through or not is really your problem. If not, your system is messed up. If so, your system is messed up because you can’t find them. And now, two or three years later I’m having to deal with it.

I would give them a 0 stars if that was an option. Do not get this device. It doesn't work and they will say you will not be charge more than $250 if your insurance doesn't pay. They will keep sending you supplies when you have told them the device doesn't work and then you get a bill for $600. Now they say well your insurance is out of network and you need to pay the responsibility.
