You can start by putting the correct group ID prefix in so my medical bills aren’t in ARREARS when it’s YOUR error on your part . My insurance denied several claims because one letter was off on the ID that you submitted so it needs to be fixed .

I would have given less than one star but that wasn’t an option. Do not use this company! They are a scam. They sent me two products and said I could return them if my insurance didn’t cover them and instead, they sent me to collections and claim there is nothing they can do. I cannot stress this enough…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Misrepresented themselves on phone. Quoted one thing billed another. Beware of charges not revealed in initial phone call. Batteries, patches, plus unit! Don't even tell you they are sending just send every month. Told them wanted to return never used they refused to take back. I refused a unopened envelope from post office with return to sender on it still got billed! What a sham! Definitely do not recommend was no better then a tens unit. I rather use ice 20 minutes a few times a day. Also said would have a supervisor call... read more

I was led to believe that my insurance would cover my expenses.Otherwise I would not have accepted this device. I am on fixed income.This was not a part of my budget.

Scam..... They want to send you the equipment right away before you know how much your insurance will cover. Most insurance will deny the product as they charge a ridiculous amount of $$ for a $35 (similar on Amazon) product but because you already have it, they are going to charge you between $125 to $250. Then you are going to tell them to go to hell, and that you don't want it. They are going to be all courteous and tell you "no problem", you can send everything back but the tense as they touch your skin and they are ... read more

Well today I got your bill that was 10 months since I got your machine. Thought by now both my Insurance companies had paid for, only to find out that not so. Asked if you could file with the second insurance which they said they would. Really don’t need the machine now since I have to have a Knee Replacement. 10 months without hearing from you or any of the insurance company’s saying they would not pay is kind of long and now saying I have to pay for the equipment… Ashley was really nice and said she would refile again.
