I was concerned about the bill we received and the gentleman told me that the amount was sent to our insurance and it should be paid through them..handled very professionally.

I had decided to return their equipment after I got my second bill- which is apparently sent every three months instead of monthly. Not only was it higher than I expected with regards to the first bill, there charges were inconsistent. I sent an email which was responded to by phone call...that's where it got irritating. Tried to negotiate to return the device because I cannot afford to pay $250 and thus device was requested by my WC doctor. Zynex would not allow me to return because they said it has been over a year. Nobody mentioned to me about not being able to return the device, in fact, they did offer to take back the device but I needed it during the case was open. I could have bought a unit ten for $60. I think it’s not right and not fair to me. I even offered to pay $100 but they said NO.

7/23/21 @ 6:31pm Brianna from Zynex called regarding my review regarding their fraudulent, illegal and misleading practices that gas resulted in a balance on my acct. Send too much product. Hard to reach office (nearly impossible) because of time zone. Can’t make requests online or via email. Have to call. Feels like a Sam and rip off to not bei able to slow down frequency of shipments.
