My TENS unit was not working with the battery. Your associate helped trouble shoot the problem and we fixed the problem.

I called and found new use for my Tens unit with my Knee, I have torn Miscues, LCL and a stress fracture. They let me know that it would increase the blood flow and help with pain. One use resulted in relief.

Like I said before I received a bill from 2018 called my insurance carrier. She spoke with a representative was told you have up to 6 years to bill.. I never heard of such nonsense in my life. I was also told up front before I received the tens unit I would not be charged they took whatever insurance paid! Then I saw on bill where I wax being charged over 200 for the unit. I really feel like this company is trying to rip off the consumer. I would never recommend this company to anyone..
Information between insurance EOB and Zynex is not the same - zynex never contacted me back again

I recieved a call telling me about of equipment that I was going to get. He explained how to use it and how it would be treated in relation to Insurance and I had any questions when I got to call him back.
