The device works ok, but your Billings tiny insurance company was bad! Never to get a straight answer on my copayments, billed insurance company multiple times for unknown reasons and when I asked (emailed) why…I received no response.

Don’t wait 12 months to inform you you medical device has a monthly rental fee and that you can either buy it for several hundred dollars or return it for $100 less and have nothing. billing updates and estamates should be sent out and communication with the customer on a monthly basis until everything is returned or settled. Used device for 2 months. Heard nothing until 12 months with a big surprise. Not the way to do business

I wanted to return the back brace because my insurance company denied the payment but was told I couldn't.

Numerous calls 3 weeks before surgery & none after surgery. NEXTEN didn’t work. We’re more interested in getting money than helping patient to use the devices. They want money before sending anything. Was not real pleased with the service!

By advising customer up front that they will have to pay for any unused pad regardless. I know you have it written out but it’s very vague. It needs to be stated plainly and not implied.

This product has allowed me to start moving again. My pain level has gone from a 7 down to a 1 or 2. If you have back issues, I definitely suggest looking into this device.

Do not tell patients that they will not be out any income and then send them a $600.00 statement.
