My insurance tried to deny payment for my unit and they have went above and beyond trying to help me with this issue, it has really helped lower my back pain when medication and /or therapy didnt

I was told to return my device because my insurance didn't cover it however the physical therapist told me that I wouldn't have to pay for the device.

I received an invoice from Zynex Medical who is contracted as a preferred provider with my insurance company. The amount they showed due was much higher than I expected. I spoke with the billing clerk who explained they were billing the maximum out of pocket since the insurance company was applying approved amounts against my deductible. We agreed that I could continue to pay as my insurance company processed monthly the machine rental.

Customer service rep helped me solve my problem and did not make me feel stupid when, via her help to assess problem, we discovered I had not removed wrapping from battery sent by zynex...how silly...but suggest using a colored wrap around batteries to show they have a wrap...thank you...Jim France

Cynthia Not personable, curt, didn’t listen to questions re: copay should not be charged as I’ve met all deductibles. I was told you can cancel the appointment or pay the $190+ upon arrival Monday for eval. Also blind transfers me and Aetna coordinator to the person who reviews insurance with informing her two parties were on the call She really needs to work on her telephone etiquette. This is the 2nd time Cynthia doesn’t seem interested in helping.

Tell people up front what hidden fees yiu charge. Work with insurance companies to find out if they’ll allow you to bill them monthly or if you have to bill the unit as one item one time. Improve your customer service. It took a year of battling with your company and numerous calls to stop charging me for fees my insurance company said we’re not billable to me. Good product but the reps at your company need way more training!

I told your company not to send the Tenzing Machine and not to train me to use it unless it was paid for and covered by my insurance. Four or five months later you are now asking for payment or still trying to get my insurance to pay for it. I also called and said that when my regular insurance ended and I went on Medicare, to not send me any machine supplies unless they are paid for by Medicare. Also, if I should return the March’s machine supplies since it was meant for April when I no longer had the insurance coverage ... read more
