My OT and I started the process to get a unit for me months ago. Here I sit today with no unit. I will not recommend your product regardless of if I ever get it. Horrible service before the sale so I cannot imagine what post sales will be.

They called within 3-4 hours after the dr filled out the paperwork and I received the machine within 2-3 days. They have left a couple voicemails wanting me to call back to go over how to work the device but I have already read up on it and I have been using it 2-3 times a day now. I’m loving the ways it works

Write off a bill that was not taken cate if on your part. Jamyere’ us a minor child who had 2 insurances and you did not follow thru in your billing process

We were not informed of the cost of the device or electrodes up front and we were assured that our insurance would cover it. This was in 2019. I was 17 at time of receiving the device and my mom called the rep as she was leary of the guarantee that we would not have to pay( she is a physical therapist). The rep said they (Zynex) assumed the risk of cost of the estim device , they’d deal with the insurance and assume risk if not paid. I called to change my requests - this didn’t occur. I only found out months later because I had too many to begin with so I wasn’t opening packs when they arrived, just storing. I was charged after my unit was fully paid but I had to call to remind you - poor business.
