After I got the machine, communication stopped. Several months later I got a bill. One of the things is not offering non allergic pads, from the first. I still don't know if there is such a thing. I don't think they ever went through my secondary insurance, and when there was a balance I did not receive a bill for months after the fact, at first there was good communication, but after receiving the unit, that stopped.

The machine worked great, but for some reason they didn't bill e insurance properly and there is a never-ending supply of leads that arrives monthly. We'll never be able to use them. They really need to stop sending.

Since 5/2020 I've attempted to get reimbursement for purchase - to date - nothing !! Zynex rarely answers phone!! Rarely answer emails & accepts NO responsibility for this situation Nor do they attempt to rectify . Most disgusting customer service ever & would NOT recommend Zynex.

The machine just did not help with back pain. There is nothing wrong with the machine, it was just my pain was greater than the machine could address it.

Don't feel like I was given information it was not in my insurance plan. If I had known I would have not taken it. On a fixed income so unable to pay for the product
