I would choose ZERO stars if given the option and here's the backstory. I was sent an invoice more than six months after I received my device. I thought insurance was covering it but instead was charged for six months or rental. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was sent a faulty device that had to be returned. I asked for one of the six months to be refunded only to be told the next day after they didn't even know but did some research that supposedly the device was never returned. Due to a problem with you receiving my 2 forms for you to submit to Medicare, I have not received my tens unit yet. They were sent via of the agent thru Otarra physical therapy office. They resent them yesterday. I have not received the 2nd set of forms you mailed me yet. I am anxious to get the tens unit and get some relief by using it. Thanks for your follow up.

Zynex Medical is the worce medical outfit in the world,the Chinese are so much better than this place. They will tell you that they need all your insurance information so they can send an authorization to them, then call you back and tell you everything is approved and we're sending you your device, And then they tell you how they supply the pads for the shock therapy thing and anything else you need and then through the time you have it you know the short time they send you nothing they don't call they don't do anything and... read more

The rep that sold me the unit said insurance would cover the cost and if insurance didn’t cover it would be $ 250.00. I agreed then I got my EOB and insurance payed, now synex keeps calling saying I have an outstanding balance. They are deceptive!!

Customer service was good when I called, but still was billed more than the max I was told when I received the device. I never asked for the device and used it only twice with minimal results in easing my pain. When I inquired about my copayment I was told there was nothing that could be done about the billed amount. Very disappointed..
