Very poor customer service, try to bill for services not provided years after it supposedly happened. Call me to harass me daily.
Not much to tell
Half truths told in consultation, wasn’t told about supplies being auto mailed and charged. Wasn’t told I could return or deny shipments.

Where I’m disappointed is when I first received your product a tech contacted me about how to use it and also said if you’re insurance won’t cover this that it was expensive to purchase and if that were the case I could rent it and someone would get back with me well that never happened and I received a large bill yesterday. So I’m not very happy with your company at this time.

michine was great billing on other hand $20.00 for 5 battery's that was not worth $1.00 for all 5 they were junk matter of fact all was way over priced

Well she knew all abt my insurance but hadn’t bothered to contact them and see if they Would cover the equipment. I then decided to have Her send me the equipment anyway even though I may have To pay out of pocket and found out that it would be 8 or so days before it would arrive. So i cancelled the order Reason being I would be 5 Days into my surgery. Since you NEVER even call d me to answer the request for information w am decidedly UNIMPRESSED and would definitely NOT recommend dealing with Zynex.

Make sure you speak with your customers before sending out your product or extra supplies.
Customer service is terrible! The thousands of dollars I have been charged is ridiculous!! You’d kept sending stuff with out my request and now I am paying thousands for it!! As you refused to return it!!
