In 2018 I was given medical equipment free of charge because I was on disability insurance at the time and now 3 years later I am being told I have to pay for the equipment! Good thing I kept copies of the paperwork showing that I was given the equipment for free!

Received several text messages WITHOUT identifying ZYNEX. Of course, I do NOT follow up on such communications. I receive scams everyday. This resulted in delays

I really don’t know yet. I have not received anything yet outside of a phone call for information on getting the device

I feel like I was mislead about everything because when my physical therapist Neil ordered the tens unit I was under the impression I’d be keeping the unit to use whenever I needed it for knee pain. Every time I called I’m being told about not receiving payment when I’m not responsible for payment. I have provided my WC attorney’s information, and I’m still being told about still not payment and the possibility of returning the device again.

You called me twice within 3 hours to get a delivery set up for my product. I was unable to answer because I was at work. Then first thing the next morning you ask me to write a review, without receiving my product or having any other interactions. Automated systems are good, but may need to be refined.
