My prescription was promptly filled. I received shipment of my unit in a timely manner. Representatives phoned to find out if I had questions. When I expressed concerns of the cost being more than what I could afford if my insurance didn’t pay, the Representative said additional information which had been requested by my insurance had been received from my Doctor and would be forwarded to my insurance. In the meantime, no additional supplies would be shipped out to me, per my request.

Misleading information about insurance coverage on medical equipment.
I have talk to so many Representive on this issue, all I need is my back brace without paying 200.00 dollars. I HAVE INSURANCE!! This has been an exhausting experience.
THE ELECTODES STICK ONCE AND AFTER THAT THEY WILL FALL OFF IF YOU DO NOT TAPE TO YOURSELF. THE WALGREENS CHEEP TENS UNIT THE PADS WORK 150 TIMES AND STAY STICKY AND THERE ARE 4 YOU NEED FOR JUST SHY OF 20 BUCKS THAT IS NOT WORTH IT MY PAIN IS BAD BUT ILL BE BROKE AND THAT WILL BE WORSE.

Haven’t received machine
My experience so far isnt good.I opened up the box got the machine out N watched the video on how to use the "TENS UNIT".Well my machine isnt working at all for me and I tried everything to get it to work for me.I will be contacting the company and seeing if I can t get another "TENS UNIT"sent out to me and to see if the this company has the older model cause I find this "TENS UNIT"to be bulky in size.I would appreciate if the company itsself would reach out to me by calling at my cell number and that's 602.737.6040 and my... read more
This is supposedly the only company for TENS units approved/completely covered thru United Healthcare. The device runs through one 9V battery in less a single day of moderate use- that can't be normal. The device is easy to use though and at least it comes with a wall plug. Even my cheap icyhot brand lasted way longer on a button battery. They sent me a bill for the 20 pounds of electrodes they mailed without my approval. Terrible business. They tell you that Medicare might cover the device but they are not on Medicare's suppliers list and don't follow Medicare's procedures so no, it won't be covered. Ever. In my opinion this is a fraudulent business practice.
