Company really good about following up on payments. when the payment was made, customer service would not even try to get the the appropriate documentation for reimbursement. they also charge Insurance exorbitant prices. A scam in my opinion. Go elsewhere.

I was charged a rental for two months that was almost the cost of buying the whole unit. I feel like I got ripped off!

When the pain returns I can put the tens box on it, especially on going to bed, it relieves the pain other effects so I can go to sleep.

Some local representative named Darren was supposed to contact me but never did. After a few days I did receive iMessage directly through Text and from that point on everything went smoothly

I got a phone message asking if there was anything I had questions about my order.
Contacted Trish Anderson regarding my interest in purchasing a Saunders neck traction unit. She, in turn, contacted my physical therapist who sent in Rx to your company. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Matt Maher who walked me through the purchase process, explained how they would contact Humana, and answered all my questions. Hoping that I will be receive some financial help from Humana for this important item.
This a terrible company - basically scamming your insurance for products that are marginal.
Start accepting my request when I tell you not to send me the stuff for my tens unit machine. It's very annoying that I keep on getting the tens unit stuff
