I really like the unit The purchasing process was difficult and awkward. I wasn’t told about the monthly change And I was told that my insurance would probably pay for it. Then I get a bill and was told if I didn’t pay it I would be sent to collections. I work for a Pain Management Clinic. This experience does not make me want to tell my patients about this product.

Billed for equipment & supplies not received. Zynex sent to wrong address. Post office verified it was delivered to wrong address and showed a picture to prove. Still being harassed by Zynex.

Why would u take someone’s insurance that you know it won’t be covered. It took 3 months then an extra month to call us about it. I have recommended to my doctor that they don’t use you guys anymore.

Communicate with people that it is going to cost the patient an arm and a leg since your company is out of network and the insurance won't pay. The best improvement that I could give is inform the patient that he or she would be better off having the physician send the prescription to the pharmacy. Would not recommend Zynex to anyone including my enemies.

Hire people that are well trained in what they do. I had two people contact me not knowing anything about product, the prescribing doctor and over all knowledge of your company. Less than satisfactory customer service. I do not want anything to do with this company.

I was billed 1 and 1/2 years after getting equipment, no ever contacted me to let me know that insurance was not covering it
