Good experience Pros: It is the easiest way to communicate with clients. It expedites response times and provides them the security of having their CM available Cons: Sometimes I find it hard to edit contact cards. Also it would be helpful to be able to sort by read/unread Overall: It has been a good experience, it makes my job easier and improves communication with clients, which is the most important thing in my role

Birdeye makes it easy to work from one centralized spot and allows us to view, respond and dispute any negative reviews we may receive.Pros - Reputation Management -Review Solicitation -Reporting -Client CommunicationCons - SMS deliverabilityLikelihood to Recommend - It is very well suited for a company that has a lot of locations and brands. This is because it helps centralize all of the various review sites out there and all of the brands that you have. This makes it very easy to manage your online presence. For companies that do not have many locations, Birdeye might not be the best fit.Return on Investment - ROI -Conversion -RetentionUsability - Birdeye has been incredibly easy to use. The platform is very intuitive, and it didn’t take long to get comfortable navigating everything. I like how simple it is to manage reviews, send out requests, and track feedback all in one place. It saves me time and keeps everything organized, which makes a huge difference day to day. Overall, a smooth and user-friendly experience.Alternatives Considered - Chatmeter - We decided to move forward with Birdeye instead of Chatmeter so I do not know how exactly it stacks up but I can say Birdeye has not given us any reason to switch!Other Software Used - monday.com, Atlassian Jira, Vimeo

The onboarding process was excellent... i feel like we're up and running. This review is only for the onboarding process. But considering how well that went, i have high expectations for the service as a whole going forward.

BirdeyeUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We originally started using Birdeye for Google reviews. We have loved them, easy to use, quick and friendly customer service if it is needed which is rare. We are super happy with them. Bonus is we can text and/or email our patients with Birdeye also. It's been great, glad I read their reviews and took a chance on them!Pros - Contacting patients to send us a review -texting -emailsLikelihood to Recommend - We use Birdeye very specifically for our Google reviews and are very happy!Return on Investment - Gained patients -We know when there is a problem and contact patientsUsability - Super easy to use

Highly recommend Pros: We love that Birdeye helps us with our online presence by giving our patients the option to leave a review for us if they had a great experience, but it also allows them to give us direct feedback if they didn't have a great experience. We have always had great customer support anytime we had a question regarding our account. Cons: We don't have anything we don't like about Birdeye. Our experience over the past 5 years has been great. Overall: Our overall experience with Birdeye has been great and we are happy we found them. Before we found Birdeye our online reviews were really struggling.

Great improvement in our reviews! Pros: Since implementing Birdeye, we have seen a consistent increase in our review volume and in positive review feedback. We love that we can set up survey campaigns and respond in the platform directly to all feedback and public review pages (Google, Yelp, Birdeye, etc...) Cons: The one thing that would greatly benefit us is more support with being able to verify our listings like our Google My Business pages. Overall: Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Our review volume has increased and we have seen a higher volume of positive reviews. The Birdeye platform is super helpful to allow us to see all of our feedback in one place and respond accordingly so we can consistently monitor our online reputation.

The all-in-one platform is Birdeye’s best feature. SMS campaigns, review requests, and other tools work seamlessly, and the real-time data tracking is extremely valuable.

BIRDEYE - open your eyes to a new look at your portfolio Pros: Great product that helps our marketing and leasing teams understand what is going on at our properties. Cons: I don't have anything negative to say at this time! The product functions as advertised and offers us a look at our tenant base we did not have before. Overall: It helps us understand our client base on a more granule level. We did not have this level of contact with our tenants before.

Excellent Platform for Reviews and Reputation Management Pros: Birdeye makes it so easy to collect and track customer reviews. The automation takes a lot of work off our plate, and the dashboard gives us a clear, real-time view of our reputation. The support team is also fantastic–very responsive and helpful. Cons: Nothing negative comes to mind—it’s been a consistently smooth and positive experience. Their team is dedicated, responsive, and always quick to provide support or answer any questions we have. Overall: Birdeye has been an excellent partner. It saves us time, helps us generate consistent customer feedback, and gives us tools to manage our brand reputation effectively. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has added significant value for us.

Great for my BusinessUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to keep track of our reviews across different platforms. Its been extremely helpful in both the positive feedback as well as the areas of opportunity for my business. We're also able to respond with the help of the AI tool, well written responses to our clients which are tailored to express our gratitude and commitment to providing excellent services. Birdeye can be a great tool to see where we are at and gage to where we want to be. An Excellent Resource for Review ResponseUse Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye makes addressing all reviews very convenient. It's all in one place, there's canned replies that can be chosen and edited as needed, and it can all be done very quickly. It's saved me a lot of time from the olden days of having to navigate to each review site's back end to reply to reviews!Pros - Convenience: Birdeye funnels all your review sites into one spot -Simplicity: Canned and editable responses make answering reviews very quick and efficient -Efficiency: Being able to respond to multiple platforms in one spot, submit concerns or flagged reviews for review, and being able to reach any of your platform contacts through one portal saves tons of time.Cons - I don't care for the AI responses, as I feel editing the canned responses to be much more personal. The AI responses all end up saying basically the same things anyway -I'd like for the notice emails (when you get a new review) to have links directly to the new review received. Currently you have to navigate to the page on your own. Not a huge deal, but it would be that much more convenient.Likelihood to Recommend - I know Birdeye has an entire suite of services it offers, but I only use it for answering reviews. To that end, it does its job beautifully. I would recommend it for anyone who frequently is answering reviews for their business. Beyond that function, I honestly don't have much experience.Return on Investment - Our account is handled at a corporate level, so I don't have much information on numbers and such, unfortunately. However, it has made it infinitely easier to answer reviews in a timely manner, which definitely has a positive impact on the way our business is perceived.Usability - They've made the interface very easy to use, and just as easy to navigate. The landing page has everything you need right there, uncluttered and clear.

Our Time with BirdEye Pros: The ease of viewing reviews, the simple dashboard, and responsive customer service stand out to us for what we do as a business Cons: Some technology pieces should be modernized, especially with AI innovations shaping the future. since things are moving so quickly it would be best to catch up with the newest AI Overall: Easy to use and customer friendly; our company relies on it daily across all our locations in florida and in Texas. we find it helpful for our understanding of our customer interactions and perfecting the customer service experience
