"Help With Reviews"
What do you like best?

I like how all I have to do is get them our customer emails.

What do you dislike?

We had issues with ownership's of our location pages that I wish they had a better connection or partnership with Google to help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are receiving more 4 to 5 star ratings and positive written reviews. When you go from a 2 rating to a 3.9 or 4 rating that is the benefit of using Birdeye.

It gets quick results and allows people to express how pleased they were with your service.

That we have to put people's information in twice.

"BirdEye has been the single greatest review generation tool we have ever invested in."
What do you like best?

It just works. Take time to set it up well (your rep will help with this extensively) and once it is to your liking you can leave it to just do what it says it will. Generate mountains of positive reviews, and provide a means of receiving negative feedback to address problems as they arrive.

What do you dislike?

I would like more reporting for idiots. My team needs things at a 5th grade level and at times your reporting is phenomenal, but you need to already deeply understand the market to really make sense of things.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For the cost to performance, there has been no better tool we can find on the market.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have taken all of our public locations (16) from low averages (1.5 stars) to 4/5 stars. Including problem locations where the negative reviews set negative expectations for clients and a negative feedback loop ensued.

"BirdEye Ramps Up the Reviews"
What do you like best?

BirdEye provides a nice seamless method for pushing out reviews, increasing not only the quantity of reviews to legitimize the results, but also increases the quality of the review ratings through their deliver method.

What do you dislike?

The option to "Contact us directly" instead of "Please take a moment to leave a review" occasionally guide people to leave a great comment that doesn't get included in your overall rating.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Would like an easier method for updating our employees/staff linked with each office, though BirdEye Support offered to do this for us, we prefer to be self sufficient when possible.

BirdEye not only provides us with marketing material by supplying us with data we can use to tout our company, but it also gives us an avenue to receive constructive criticism from our patients which helps us improve our service.

"Great Daily Reviews"
What do you like best?

I love seeing all of our reviews coming in every day and having them all in 1 email.

Being able to ask satisfied patients to leave a review.

What do you dislike?

There seemed to be some confusion with our patients when submitting a review. They pushed 5 stars but got an "I'm Sorry" email.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be sure to inform Birdeye of all of your accounts or separate locations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We need to start building up our local SEO. These reviews specific to our locations are what we need.

Able to use the testimonies as social posts to help with brand building.

"Effective Online Review Management Platform"
What do you like best?

It has one of the most user-friendly interfaces, coupled with excellent customer service and support integration I've seen. Also, they were open to helping us with some API customizations which really helps our team manage and monitor reviews internally.

What do you dislike?

The notification feature is nice, as you can set up the notification frequency (instantly, daily, weekly) - but you can't set up more than one. I might want bad reviews instantly, but 3 or better stars daily, for instance.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Compare the integration with review platforms against other solutions - such as trustpilot, GMB, etc. For us they were able to handle a good portion of sites that had reviews relevant to us.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used to manually monitor reviews. Much of this process is now simplified across all departments via the BirdEye dashboard, and involved parties can be notified as per individual settings in the platform which is a timesaver.

"5 STAR Review!"
What do you like best?

Our brand is fast-paced and growing fast. We just opened our 136th and 137th locations this morning and are excited to be working with Rob and the team at BirdEye! They are quick to respond and easy to work with. What I like best about working with them is how flexible they are to my sometimes strange requests.

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything that I dislike about BirdEye.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

BirdEye is the perfect tool that aggregates all guest reviews - both internal and external to one centralized location. This is key to us - cultivating a guest relationship and having an easy to use platform in which to engage with them.

I like that it interfaces with my email so it is easy to stay up to date with the reviews.

What do you dislike?

At this time, I cannot think of anything; very simple process.

I would like to say that it is a great learning tool for staff and myself. I am able to reach out to unsatisfied customers to attempt to meet their needs.

I definitely like the portal and being able to see everything in one place

Using Birdeye we have watched our reviews on Google go from a 1.6 when we started in February 2019 to hitting a 4.0 last week (Nov 2019). Our CEO is ecstatic and happy with the increase. The improved reviews have helped us better retain customers, and address their issues quickly. Indirectly, the improved reviews have helped us recruit and retain employees as well.

"Easy and convenient way to get reviews!"
What do you like best?

I really like that BirdEye sends the notification requesting a review to our tenants. This takes the stress away from us having to remember. Getting the notification from BirdEye that I received another review is my favorite email to receive!

What do you dislike?

I think the only downside to BirdEye is that the review request doesn't go out to the customer immediately after they've rented with us.

None. Easy to use!

BirdEye has been a good time management solution. It's very beneficial because the service allows us to focus on other things.

Very user friendly. Helps navigate to find positive feedback.

What do you dislike?

I haven't had any issues. We send residents through birdeye and have not heard back any negative responses.

What do you like best?

The level of reporting all the way down to the Sales Professional level is great, and the support staff is very helpful.

What do you dislike?

When you create a ticket of a review, you have to go back into the ticketing window and assign it. I wish that you could do both at the same time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to increase our review count as well as see customer service issues before they reach the review stage.

Some sites aren't able to be monitored, but as soon as they're added, monitoring will be easier!

"Must have platform"
What do you like best?

We are now able to identify problems and opportunities in a timely manner thanks to Birdeye and the surveys campaigns. Our customers have a direct way to submit their feedback and we can quickly ask them for a review. The new 2.0 version is really a game-changer, it’s really easy to use and intuitive.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see a report per campaign.

Have a clear understanding of what the platform can offer and build an in-house process to fulfill operation and management of it.

-BirdEye is a simple tool to use,understand,install and also manage with multiple integration options that help clients to start using it immediately.

-It offers the best customer support the top notch!

- Birdeye software is by far one of the easiest and best ways to let visitors to your social media platforms.

-The dashboard is great it shows all of our information and we also get monthly updates letting us know our numbers.

When the “Please Review Us” pop-up popped up when I logged in, I couldn’t resist leaving honest and candid feedback of the app. Is it perfect? No. There were some navigation and ease-of-use issues that were mostly a nuisance but worthy of mentioning in a review, so I did.

What I did not expect was the personal handling of the situation by a real living and breathing human being. At first I thought the voicemail follow up was just a canned response but over the next few weeks, Birdeye rolled out an update that legitimately addressed some of my concerns and they reported working to resolve the others.

I am blown away at this level of customer service and human interaction. I wish that the telecom and insurance companies would pay attention to how the grown-ups at Birdeye are hitting it out of the park.
