"BirdEye makes your business grow!" What do you like best? I appreciate the time the BirdEye representative provided me to get me started. I think the system works beautifully for me sending requests, once review are made they are added to my overall reviews all over the web. I've had three homes close directly due to BirdEye placing me more prominently on the web. What do you dislike? I little time consuming at first. I don't like that I had to call for a referral bonus, after I referred an agent and she signed up and I have never received credit or call back to my question as to if I was given the credit. Are you the best ? Pros: The software is Easy to use! Just send out an email asking the patients do do a review . Fill in your own questions . Cons: There is nothing that I don't like about the software really Overall: Out overall experience has been tremendous! We really care about our patients. We are a husband and wife team and we treat them like our family. We have high skill level too and our team is dedicated too in treating and caring for each patient and when they ask patients to fill out the email when they get it after their appointment, it is always a 5 star review ! It is the best way to show new prospective new patients that are looking to come to a practice that want to be treated that way too ! They want to be listened too , not to be hurt,& they want to understand wants going on . They also want to be able to smile and feel good about themselves again. And do it in a way that they can afford it and we seem to make that work for them . And this birdeye reviews is a way that they express it to us . Get it ! Now ! Unless you suck .... then don't because people will tell you but maybe that's good too and then you'll know that you need to step up your game or fire someone or maybe more than just someone maybe everyone and start over with a whole new team and a new mission statement..... wow ... food for thought

Great Product and Great Customer Service Pros: Setup up was so easy, customer service was knowledgeable and friendly. The software was very APP like and super easy to implement. Cons: There is nothing I don't like about this software. Overall: My overall experience with BirdEye has been great and I will definitely keep using their software.
Awesome Product Pros: I love the fact that you can handle your customer satisfaction on the most easy way ever. Also you can keep the statistics about the reviews in an excellent way. Cons: I have not found anything I don't like yet. I just wish it would be a little bit less expensive. Overall: I have my customer satisfaction in control. I get to know how is my customer experience with my service and I got to see overall how my company is doing in business.
Excellent way to measure client satisfaction and address listings across websites. Birdeye makes it easy to promote your brand, and their review website has incredible SEO value and will rank well for "review" searches for your company. I'm only knocking off one star because it's expensive, and I wish it had some more robust features for measuring the client experience beyond just reviews. I would definitely recommend it, and I've been a customer for years and I will stay a customer for the forseeable future.

Managing all of our reviews and replies in multiple locations was an issue before but now are easily able to manage it.

"Amazing!" What do you like best? To start off what is their not to like about Birdeye! BirdEye has best customer service, everyone has been so friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond for everything we need and go out of way to reach out and check on us. They have also made it so easy for all of our patients to leave us reviews that it has increase our ratings! What do you dislike? They haven't given me a reason to comment on the things I dislike so at this point I only have good things to say. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting employees to remember to ask for reviews is difficult. With this app it removes an obstacle.
Good Features, Good Price Pros: The Dashboard is easy to use and everything is right there. Cons: After the initial set-up, when I wanted to make some changes, You need to remember you need to make changes to all platforms. Wish they had a feature that when making changes to one they update all. Once I figured that was the issue, all good.
