I would recommend Birdeye, do to the on boarding experience. The first month was exceptional at getting me set up and acquainted with all the Birdeye features they offer.

The guys at birdeye have helped me quite a lot. I've been in my business for 20 years but found I needed to compete with newer people that used social media and google reviews more as an everyday occurrence. The guys at birdeye helped me learn to get more reviews from my clients and post something everyday on social media. With birdeye, there is a great platform to use that saves time and frustration. For me I really appreciate that because now I can focus more attention on my clients and work. This makes me happy.

It was a bit overwhelming at first being old school (not tech savvy ). It seems quite easy to create adds it would be nice to have jpeg conversion to peg built in the system but I could see the benefits of Birdeye after just 2 weeks of use.

Himanshu with Birdeye has been a huge help to our company and assisted us in every step of building our online presence. Literally this would not have been possible without his hands on effort to get this put up and visible. We went from invisible to top recognized over night! Thanks to his assistance and patience. He even helped put together our Facebook page. We highly recommend him and Birdeye for turning your public profile volume up!
