Not Our Top Reputation Management Option Pros: BirdEye offered all of the reputation management silos we needed in one place - review monitoring and responding, SMS review requesting, reputation and listing management and scoring. Cons: Birdeye was on the pricier end compared to other competitors that offer similar solutions. Overall: Overall, Birdeye is a fine solution in the reputation management space, but not our top choice due to cost and availability of similar options at a lower price. They also require a larger amount of sign-on properties to begin with.

Birdeye and done. Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to manage our online reputation and customer experience across multiple organizations. Birdeye improves our online image by increasing review quantity, quality, and the overall rating level. Birdeye also improves the customer experience by giving us the visibility and tools we need to swiftly address any customer concerns or issues. Pros - It is simple to use. The features are straight forward and do what they promise; improve and maintain your review rating and volume, while also managing the customer experience. -Reporting is a strength. Birdeye makes pulling relevant data and visuals for my executive team a snap. They can easily see what they are paying for. -Client support is top notch. One day or one year later, their support team is always communicating to ensure you have the best experience. It saves me time and improves performance. -Birdeye is always innovating. I am amazed at the amount of useful products and features that Birdeye continues to add. There are a few features that are not very useful, but we benefit from the majority of the features. -Scalable. There are currently no caps on the amount of users that can be added at no additional cost to the organization and you can add a single location to thousands. Cons - The sentiment feature is just okay. It requires custom adjustments and time to understand where it is working well and where it is not in order to get the most out of it, while other features require very little user input. -Social listening needs work. I often receive notifications for unrelated terms because of their similarity in spelling to my organization's name, so I don't use this feature. -Birdeye could have more built-in features to create digital content from the reviews. -Birdeye could also have additional reputation tools to strengthen GMB listings and to combat negative press. Review listings and rich snippets in search are great, but having a tool that measures and helps to improve overall brand health/search results would be amazing. My CEO isn’t looking at what is going right. He looks at what is going wrong. We may have thousands of positive reviews on Google, but the bad article with false information is still showing up on page one of search results. That makes for an unhappy CEO. Likelihood to Recommend - If you want to increase online review volume and ratings while saving loads of time, Birdeye will do that for you. Small or large business, Birdeye can support you. Birdeye does not include support for all 3rd party review platforms based on the policies of those platforms; however, Birdeye is willing to work with its clients and aggregate 3rd party data into their platform so that you can stay on top of your reputation and client needs without the need to spend time always heading to those 3rd party websites. Return on Investment - Review volume improved from 10-11 reviews per month to over 100 reviews per month. In 18 months, we doubled our review count with Birdeye when compared to the previous 10 years of online reviews. -Review ratings on Google improved from 1.9 stars in the first five months of 2019 to 4.8 stars by the end of 2019 and continue to be stable through 2020 despite a global pandemic. Alternatives Considered - Grade.us and Trustpilot - Birdeye includes more features and best in class support. Other Software Used - LivePerson LiveEngage, ApexChat, Hootsuite, Wrike, Agorapulse, Paycom, Bitly Usability - One of the main reasons I continue to do business with Birdeye is because of ease of use and it works. Support Rating - Before we even purchased Birdeye their team was incredible to work with. Their implementation team was fantastic and they continue to provide a high level of support throughout the entire relationship.

After trying other similar services, like Podium and other industry specific platforms, I found myself disappointed in their effectiveness, ease of use or price-point. Birdeye scores best in class in all three of those areas! The gentleman who handled the onboarding process at Birdeye (Abdul) was very professional and thorough! A Must Have For Reviews! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Birdeye is currently being used for both of our companies Revise Energy and DiPietro Heating and Cooling. It is helping us gather all of the reviews we receive on all channels and respond to them quickly and efficiently. It also has helped prevent negative reviews from being published and allows us to address issues with customers privately versus publicly. Pros - Displays reviews from all companies in one place -Easy to switch between company views (if you have several locations, etc.) -Gives customers the chance to message us directly with issues vs leaving 1 star reviews Cons - Easier time uploading contacts when sending out a review blast -Options to send out text/emails to customers that aren't review related (such as taking advantage of other opportunities within the company) Likelihood to Recommend - Since companies are relying more and more on reviews these days to gain business, BirdEye helps get you visibility to potential customers by showcasing the best reviews (4 and 5 stars). Plus, you can create response templates; responding to new reviews is simple and quick, versus having to type up something new every time. Users and Roles - Managers of different departments that have their employees encourage customers, while in their homes, to write a review on the spot. They have the ability to text or email a customer right then and there to easily gain a simple, positive review. Return on Investment - For our HVAC company specifically, we've seen an increase in positive reviews, drowning out all the past negative reviews. -This helps us stack up against all of our competing companies. Customers have told us that they chose us based on all the positive reviews/5 stars we have. -This helps us get in contact with our customers by gently asking for a simple review and leads them directly to our biggest review platforms (FB, Google, etc.). Alternatives Considered - Hootsuite - I had a wonderful experience with BirdEye when I was first on-boarded and they answered all my questions efficiently. In comparison, I felt I had a harder time getting in touch with Hootsuite and getting my questions answered. Not that they are bad, but I liked Birdeye better.
Birdeye texting for work has completely changed our lives. It is so convenient for communicating with guests and you can set up mass text campaigns for marketing as well. Seriously, BIrdeye is the greatest tool of all time.
