Financial help - Response PROS Get started process very helpful - Employee are great at the beginning but get bad when your in it! CONS The finacial guys are NOT responsive at all - You get in it and you cannot get out even if the contract allow it. They just don't answer to your communications. Never get into it guys!! Great for review management PROS Notification of reviews, auto generated responses, customizable responses. Birdeye takes the work out of asking for reviews Birdeye has a strong customer relations team. They genuinely seek to provide optimal service. They are caring and will resolve any concerns. PROS We use Birdeye for a multi-doctor practice. The reviews are sent to our patients after they leave our office. I check the dashboard regularly and respond to received reviews. The dashboard is easy to use. One feature that I appreciate is that each review states which location the patient was seen at and which doctor saw the patient. I can also "add a tag" with the name of the doctor that referred our patient to our practice. If I am looking for a review to use for a radio ad or in a marketing piece, I can search the reviews by doctor, location, procedure done, or key words. On a side note, we have a contest each month in our office of which doctor and team received the most reviews for the month! This encourages our team members to provide the highest quality of service to our patients and they also remind the patient that they are getting a review request and to please fill it out. CONS Years ago, when we first joined there were glitches in the software and the review requests would not send out. I could always tell because I would stop receiving reviews. Birdeye PROS I really like that I get notified when someone leaves a google review and that it will let us auto-respond. Ease of Navigation The ease of navigation is really nice with already familiar and user-friendly type of features. PROS I like how this app fits to the needs of the business. CONS Just recently that we had an issue with logging in and we have to remove everyone then put then back again to rectify the login issue. A game-changer for our company Pros: Our company needed to increase our online presence and Birdeye has been an excellent online reputation management system. Our employees are able to use it with one click of a button and we have seen a great increase in our star rating. It is a great way to get feedback from our clients and monitor our service. Cons: There are some times that the contacts don't seem to update well. Would like more options for Salesforce integration to have template choices from that end. Overall: Great experience! Easy to use and manage and has been really beneficial and time saving for our company.

Birdeye lets you know how you're performing Pros: Birdeye's ease of use allows you to get real feedback from your customer base quickly and efficiently. Cons: I cannont think of any cons to this product. Overall: Birdeye has been very helpful to show us what our customers expect and then allows us to train to exceed those expectations.

All-in-one tool to build your reputation! Pros: Birdeye helps build your reputation online and grow your business. It helps increase the number of reviews and automates the responses. Cons: The software is a bit costly but worth the cost.

Birdeye is an integral part of our client care workflow Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to manage our reviews and it has really helped us gain a presence online for new customers to see all of our reviews across platforms. Carolyn reivew Pros: The platform is easy to use. It reaches out to each patient after every visit. It is also easy to access the reviews even when I am not in the office. Cons: I can not think of any. We have been using it for under a year and it is working really well for us. Overall: great

Review Machine Pros: I like how quickly you can increase reviews for a client. I think integrating with a practice's pms is vital and makes things easier. I also enjoy being able to manually mark a patient from getting a review request Cons: I don't like how the review request automatically directs them to leave a review. I wish it started with a screen asking if they had a good or bad experience. If it was good it can then direct them to leave a review but if it is bad then it would prompt a screen to send a message to the office on what caused the bad experience.

WOW. We just signed up with Birdeye last Friday. Yesterday and part of today we had our onboarding with two awesome reps...Sanchi who is our on boarding rep helping us get started. From yesterday and today I can tell Sanchi has put a strategic plan together for us to reach and surpass our goals and objectives. Super sweet person who seems to know her stuff. Her counter part Avnish, who is such a fun person to work with explained the process and answered ALL my questions about linking all of our social media sites into Birdeye. Every question I had, they patiently took their time and answered them fully. I feel that we are in great company and can't wait to start tracking our results.
