    Birdeye - a true one stop shop! Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to help clients grow their presence and online reputation through strategic solutions. Webchat, review integrations, social integrations, surveys, referrals, inbox, messaging. A whole suite of products to help a variety of business needs. We have thousands and thousands of clients in Birdeye and run campaigns frequently for a variety of needs. Pros - Support -Integrations -Staying Fresh -Communication Cons - Reporting -Visual Appearance -Training Materials Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye's Partner Support team has been exceptional. They are always responsive and eager to help their partners out. They answer questions and are always keeping their eyes and ears open for ideas that would benefit me, my company and my clients. They are great people and a pleasure to work with. Most Important Features - Integrations -Review Management -Reporting Return on Investment - More renewals -More reviews -Better online reputation Alternatives Considered - Podium - Birdeye crushes podium. The metrics that are tracked in Birdeye go above and beyond those in Podium. I've compared dashboards with a client on a video call and we were looking at Birdeye and Podium side by side and it was easy for the client to see the value this way. I was clicking through the left side navigation rail and going through the different features with ease.

    My Birdeye Experience Use Cases and Deployment Scope - We use this Birdeye to help get more reviews for our own business and we use it with all of our clients as well. We set up all our clients with their own account so that they can use it too in order to gain more reviews. Pros - Ease of use, very user- friendly -Follow up emails -Tracking & Monitoring of reviews Cons - Further customization birdeye listing. Likelihood to Recommend - Reaching out to clients for reviews is the way that I have had the most experience and it works well for that. Using it for funeral homes can be a little less than appropriate, but if we customize the working of the reachout that helps to avoid that. Most Important Features - Review Alerts -Email Follow up -Review Monitoring Return on Investment - Getting more reviews for our clients is one of the most important things that we do so it is crucial to have this service and provide a user friendly experience for our clients. Alternatives Considered - It is not listed in the above searches, but we used a company called Reviewwave. It didn't have nearly the same amount of features or customization.

    Birdeye is the best option for all businesses trying to grow their online reputation. Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use Birdeye to help small businesses across the USA build their reputation online. I work with hundreds of different companies, all different business vertices and every single one of them benefit from using this system. From getting reviews, to responding to those reviews, and monitoring their online reputation. Birdeye is something I would recommend to any business owner, especially those small business owners. Pros - Support is always super helpful. -Communication on new updates, and upgrades. -Helping build online reputations for businesses. Cons - Helping their larger clients automate some of the reports we are asking for. -Having some more contact people to reach out to. -Quicker turn around time for certain requests. Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is truly suited for all types of businesses, as I mentioned before personally I help small businesses utilize the system to grow their online reputation. But even those larger businesses can benefit form the system. I don't think there is any type of business or person who wouldn't benefit from this type of software. Most Important Features - Responding to reviews -gathering reviews. -The business listing that is created from the account itself. Return on Investment - Only positive we help our clients get more reviews and build their reputation. Alternatives Considered - ReviewInc - Birdeye has better support, better offerings and also way better physical appereance. I have also noticed out clients mentioning how much easier this system is than the previous system. Other Software Used - AccuRev

    Many Features in one software Pros: It has reviews for so many sites all in one place. Cons: It can lose integration with the websites your pulling information from and you wont know. Overall: Overall it is useful and easy to understand

    Great customer service! Pros: They have the best customer service ever! They call immediately and get things fixed quickly! Cons: Nothing negative. They will chat, email or call vey quickly so business is not affected Overall: Wouldn't use any other

    Great Company Pros: Ease of use! We use custom templates a lot so that's a great feature. Cons: I don't have any complaints everything has been great Overall: It's super easy to set up and connect your review platforms, the automated review responses are my favorite feature.

    Birdeye: The Obvious Choice Pros: My favorite part about this software is how user-friendly it is. We work with small businesses and help them gain reviews, and it is so easy walking them through the system. Not only is it user-friendly but it is visually appealing when you are using the software, or even receiving a request from the system. Cons: I would like to see more opportunities with integration, and more hands-on help with solving issues when it comes to integrating. Overall: Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who was looking to grow their business online. 10/10

    Great company with excellent support team. Pros: Ease of use for the client to use. The ability to do multiple locations is great. A twitter roll up feature would be great Cons: The rollback accounts need to be set up by the admin and not having to call support to have it set up. Interface could be easier to use. Hard to find things. I would have a left side menu with all options or a wizard. Overall: It has all been positive from clients

    The company I work for has been with Birdeye for about a month now and so far everything has been great. We've seen a spike in reviews. Everyone I've been in contact with has been very responsive and helpful. The onboarding was easy. The system does a lot. It makes it super easy to check in from anywhere. I would definitely recommend.

    Love it! Pros: I love Birdeye's easy to navigate interface! Cons: We could really benefit from more tracking reports to show when clients last received a review.

    "Best in the Land" for Reviews Pros: ease of use and they continue to offer more products Cons: Nothing---they fix any issues along the way and that is all you can expect. Overall: The reps are very informative and most importantly the tech support is top notch and easy to reach

    Review Management Pros: The templates and profile as a whole is very customizable. Since we use Birdeye for our agency and have thousands of clients that utilize Birdeye, we are able to customize the templates based on the client's wants and needs. Cons: The only con I have is that sometimes the clients feel like it's too customizable and get overwhelmed during the initial introduction to Birdeye.

    Great way to keep up with the business Pros: The notifications I receive which alert me on the reviews we receive. Cons: For the time being I cannot see anything negative. I haven't used enough to be able to have a negative opinion on it.

    You need to try BirdEye! Pros: BirdEye is one of the leading online reputation management tools software out there. The software works well and has very good customer support. Cons: The software lacks Brand Tracking, compared to ReviewInc and ReviewTrackers.

    Birdeye: A one stop shop Pros: I like the review request campaigns. I like creating different templates and customizing settings. I like that I can view contact journeys and see how my clients interacted with the review request. Cons: Looking forward to more reporting features. These should be fully customizable, schedulable and savable. Overall: Birdeye has been great and has brought value to my clients and my company. They continue to evolve and stay up to date with the needs of the ever changing digital marketing world.

    Solid B Performance Pros: Our account manager is very helpful, as far as the platform I do not have any positives. Cons: The system seems to have issues on a daily basis. It is very difficult to set up and maintain listings.

    Birdeye Feedback Pros: The thing I like most about this product is ease of use. It is not only easy for me and my team to use but easy to introduce to our clients and have them use it as well. This software is very user-friendly and that is a critical element for us to have our clients use it as well. Cons: I think there are some small features that could be tweaked and a few glitches that need to be looked into. Things like when the review monitoring somehow becomes disconnected and has to be manually fixed. Also, the feature that shows when a user actually leaves a review on Google. Next to their name in the contact section, it shows a green ten. Now I understand what that means but that definitely can confuse some people at first if not told what it means. Overall: Overall, my experience using birdeye has been great. Their customer service has been top-notch and this software is much more useful than other softwares that I have used.
