Very impressed with onboarding experience with Birdeye. Rep was kind and compassionate as she completely set up all components for collecting Google reviews via screen share. She also explained additional Birdeye features that are included in the service and can make a real difference for my attorney client.

Absolutely wonderful experience with implementation. Shraiya knew every little detail and explained it in an easy to understand way. The idea behind this is brilliant and it easy merges with Appfolio. We are already seeing reviews coming in large quantities. Also, the ease of the social media will save us so much time.
