I have been working with BirdEye since 2018 because of the integration with our Athena EMR. This is one of the few companies I work with everyday in healthcare that actually goes out of their way to help when we have questions or concerns. It is unusual in this day and age to get such great, personalized customer service. I have to send a big thank you to Srijan for always being available when we have requests. Whatever they are doing at BirdEye in the customer experience department keep it up!

Husain - The representative was great!

Virustotal was showing a Birdeye server file as virus-infected. It was NOT a virus, Birdeye was not infected. It was a false positive. However, Birdeye went far beyond what most companies would do they reached out to the virus company with the false positive, proved their file was virus-free and got them to remove the false warning so it no longer shows up as infected on Virustotal. That is what I call fantastic quality service and support! With Ransomeware crushing servers all over the planet, this level of support inspires extreme TRUST! Great Job Birdeye.

I can speak for Husain the tech that helped me with this and several other tickets. Husain Mukadam was excellent. He was very patient with me and very attentive. THere were a couple of things that I didnt understand and did not feel comfortable with with the process of birdeye but Husain was very patient and explained to me several times until I was comfortable with the process. This was not the only ticket Husain has helped me with and I truly appreciate him and his patience and his cheeriness even with me being annoyed with the process. SHOUT OUT TO HUSAIN!!!
