Arka was always eager to help with a multitude of questions and "what ifs" we had while implementing this new system. His patience is valuable. I like the software, too!

My issue with what happened is lack of notification that our certificate has expired. In prior years you've given us sufficient advanced notice to address it. For about two days, it harmed the confidence that users had in the emails we sent them from Birdeye - and it was a very large batch. Its important that you get your notification of certificate expiration back into order.

The team member was Excellent, he gave directions that were clear and understandable to get the job done.

DB was professional, helpful, and pleasant! 10/10 would recommend!
