He helped us come up with a solution so we can keep using BirdEye even though we switched to a new practice management system that is not integrated. We really appreciate the help. My issue with what happened is lack of notification that our certificate has expired. In prior years you've given us sufficient advanced notice to address it. For about two days, it harmed the confidence that users had in the emails we sent them from Birdeye - and it was a very large batch. Its important that you get your notification of certificate expiration back into order.
