Our rep did a nice job with answering any questions we may have and showing us the Birdeye site so we understood how to manage it.
I love the instant messaging and video chat the best but the review feature is great too

We had integration troubles and a delayed response from a specialist in the Integration Dept. but our customer success manager, Jacqueline, and my experience with the second Integration Specialist, Rohtash, was wonderful1 They were both very quick to respond to my issue and Rohtash reached out directly to the DMS and then monitored the account to ensure it was working properly. I truly appreciate the time and professionalism of both Rohtash and Jacqueline!

Dr. Spencer and Laurie are exceptionally terrific. Both take time to discuss issues or concerns you may have or you fell. The staff highlights the office as well very knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend
