I submitted the ticket but was away from my office for personal reasons for two weeks and the team continues to follow up with me which I appreciated. When I was able to connect the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

I was unable to get on ring central for the tech to access my computer and fix the issue and had to be walked through how to fix the problem. The tech was very professional and patient with directing me through the process and together we reached the solution needed. I was very happy with the help I received.

Birdeye texting for work has completely changed our lives. It is so convenient for communicating with guests and you can set up mass text campaigns for marketing as well. Seriously, BIrdeye is the greatest tool of all time.
