    "Overall great service" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that all of the team members take their time to make sure they understand your business and your goals. I also like how seamless and user friendly the platform is. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far there is nothing I don't like about the platform. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of our locations have a gap in the amount of reviews we receive on a monthly basis. The average review count for our new locations (around 1 year) was about 10-12. As a marketing manager, I understand how important reviews are for a business, and this platform has been helping us gain more reviews and prevent bad reviews with the direct feedback option.

I would like closer integration with EndoVision in applications. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Fantastic growth from the use of patient reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I have enjoyed all the patient comments whether they be positive or negative to help our practice strive to be better every day. Communication with the Millennial's via text. Its the only way some people will respond to.

    "Significantly improved our reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? Implementation team was very helpful getting us set up. Within a week, we have gone from 2.5 to 3 stars at our main office location, and received over 100 new reviews (mostly 5 star). I appreciate how easy it is to use, and that little to no effort is required on my part What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing yet. Honestly has been great all around! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We only were receiving reviews from angry patients, not happy ones. So the reviews skewed negative.

    Birdeye has made it so much easier to keep track of reviews and to reach out for referrals. The support team are very quick to answer and they are so friendly and patient. Absolutely worth getting for your company or organization.

What I like best is that Birdeye takes the workload off so you can get other things done. Setup was easy and easy to use. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I really don't have anything negative to say. So far so good! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our reviews since using Birdeye have gone up! Easy to use and patients seem to be happy with the interaction.

    "Great CX & Interaction Tool for Your Tech Stack!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The "all-in-one-place" approach to interactions and customer experience is a great out of the box tool to add to your marketing technology stack. While we're currently only using a portion of the features BirdEye offers, I like that there are numerous options for future considerations that could seamlessly integrate with our already implemented solutions. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We encountered some limitations as a result of complex/custom data scenarios and customer-brand-contact information crossover - mainly unique to our specific industry/business. However, custom solutions are underway to accommodate obstacles. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem we are solving digital transformation of our consumer and B2B referral program. Additionally, we have been able to enhance the program by implementing both scalability and automation to ensure future maintenance and success.

    "Makings things super easy and simple!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Simplicity and ease of use! gives us the ability to manage multiple sources quickly and easy! What do you dislike about Birdeye? features are updated and rolled out so quickly, we aren't always up to speed on the new items. I wish you could build out the functionality internally for us, seems like we are always waiting on our internal teams to complete. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? so many review sites & social platforms it would take us forever to try to respond to each one individually. the ability to respond quickly and effectively has made things so much easier!

What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dislike that I only have 60 seconds to respond before it turns to text. I just need like 90 seconds at least.     "They make your life easier!" What do you like best about Birdeye? It made easier to request reviews from our customers and keep a track on them. The text messaging is ideal for out production reminders. It goes straight to their phone without interrupting their day. What do you dislike about Birdeye? so far we have nothing to dislike, we just need more time to learn about all the tools that we can use. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: You should definitely try it. People DO look at the online ratings and it helps a lot getting more customers! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The reviews are the biggest thing. Before it was just asking over the phone after the job was done and now we just email them and wait for the notification.

This produces many more positive reviews.

There is a delay between Google review notifications and the Birdeye dashboard update with the new reviews. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is what you have been looking for your reputation management. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has provided initiation for ROS to take our reviews to the next level. We have increased customer feedback and engagement which has allowed us to further improve our processes to provide high quality treatment to our patients.

The ability to connect and chat with patients in real time and provide quick responses. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes cumbersome when patients respond after we have already closed out the chat; we have lost messages on occasion because we are not alerted again to the message. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to connect with patients that don't want to pick up the phone. This has reduced our phone volume tremendously!

The chat function available for use on business sites especially in 2020 is an invaluable tool for assisting customers who are looking to do business without entering a retail location. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The onsite chat function ended up being invaluable this year. With so many customers looking to do contactless business having the chat function allowed us to serve customers from their homes from start to finish.
