    "easy to use, saves time" What do you like best about Birdeye? the consoidation of all platforms is a time saver and easy to reply to guests. the data metrics are very usefull. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes challenging to get new stores all integrated on the company platform. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Huge time saver and metrics are usefull for internal succes points for customer service

    "Leasing Professional" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how quickly we are able to hear from tenants, that we are able to respond in real time and most likely to get a response in return. What do you dislike about Birdeye? For the most part it is used for prospects looking for apartments. I would say about half of the people are current tenants using it as a means to issue a complaint. I would like for them to call the office instead so that we may address the issue in our usual manner, but I also understand it would be impossible to distinct between the two. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: It has increased our prospect interaction, which is everything with covid, not only that but everyone feels nowadays with technology that is more convenient and the preferred method of communication rather than speaking directly on the phone. highly recommend! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to talk to tenants directly in reference to our website, which we are able to update and for it to be as efficient as we like. Rather than from the usual third parties (Zillow, Apartment Guide, etc.) where we don't have access to update that to our liking, a lot of times there is misinformation on availability and specials.

    Bird eye is great! They have helped us increase our reviews for our dental office from a few to almost 100 in less then one year! The customer service is always outstanding; really fast responses, takes care of our issues entirely, and never leaves us hanging. Sahil is the person who helps manage our account and he’s always available! They even helped communicate updates with our website developers. Really A++ BirdEye, and thank you Sahil for always giving thorough customer care.

Publicity was an issue I used to have, how I wished I knew birdeye sooner. They helped me. Getting reviews from my customers has also been so much easier

    They used to be great and I used to recommend them to all our business owner friends. Their support went totally down the tubes and now there are many other options available so it has become harder to recommend them. The service works good, but don't expect much from support.

After 1 month, I have seen no downside to using Birdeye Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Excellent product! Would recommend to anyone interested in boosting their Google reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to fully automate asking patients for Google reviews and referrals. This allows for no need to implement new protocols the in day-to-day business operations.

The most helpful thing for bird eye is imputing the customers and being able to send them things with ease of access. Knowing they are saved and ready to send at anytime. the convenience of it. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I am not a huge fan of the campaigns, i think it is helpful for certain things but I don't always want to use them. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I have benefited by using bird eye because i can ask for reviews without being overly pushy or asking directly. It allows me to keep track of who has reviewed and who hasn't.

    "It has helped grow our great reputation" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is easy to use and people are more apt to write a review What do you dislike about Birdeye? The downside would just be the cost but it has a lot of value. If you get more jobs it pays for itself but you have to use it and push for more positive reviews What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting more reviews. Its one thing to ask them but its another thing to remind them once or twice. We have seen a large increase in people writing reviews online.

It makes it very easy for our team to manage . We are able to use on our laptop along with our phones. My clients love that we an send the link though a text . It has been easy to navigate the platform weather is reviewing reviews to requesting help from help desk. Support Rating - The support is top notch. everyone is super friendly and help you navigate the platform when your are a new learner or even send email to follow up. Their support has always been there whenever we want to try something new. Watching videos has helped understand more what Birdeye can offer. Best investment made!

    "Get Recognition for your value!" What do you like best about Birdeye? This is a great way to build your referrals and sphere. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't experienced anything negative regarding Birdseye. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would recommend Birdeye as a great tool for boosting one's referral, sphere and prospecting for leads using recognition. For me, I work hard and my hope is that all my clients are confident in my ability and representation. Purchasing real estate is one of the most significant purchases in a lifetime. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It would be nice to be able to see if any referrals or clients are from the Birdseye reviews. I'm not sure I have earned any benefits but, I think it would definitely help.

    "Managing my reviews is a pleasure!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye sends review requests to our patients. I am able to view and manage the reviews from one location. I can also see which platform they used to post their review, Google, Facebook or Healthgrades, there is also a direct reply that they can use which isn' t public. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Occasionally there is a glitch in the system and the review requests don’t get sent out to patients. I have had this happen a few times. I can tell when the system is down because my reviews stop coming in. Birdeye can fix the situation when I call in. I wish that they could catch it prior to me having to call and let them know. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: It is important to connect with your patients/customers. Of course you want good reviews but you also want to know where you can improve. Asking for feedback through Birdeye enhances your ability to meet the patients needs. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Management of reviews from patients. We have great reviews and are able to communicate with our patients. Logging on to Birdeye allows me to manage my patient reviews for the day in just a few short minutes. This makes my job efficient and easy on my end to communicate with our patients each morning.

They have big tech capabilities, with a small business mentality. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There isn't much I dislike about Birdeye. The only thing that would be negative in regard to this business is the cost. It's not cheap. But frankly, it is worth it.     "Great Results in a Short Time!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I have been using BirdEye for a couple months now. In just a short time, I have seen a 280% increase in reviews, a 20% increase in views on Google and a 16% increase in calls from Google. I also dove into my keyword analytics and saw that the average position on Google across all keywords was 11.89 places higher and more specifically, non-brand searches improved 14.51 positions. I believe there are several factors that went into this but here are my top two. 1) While we already had an excellent rating, we are now getting more frequent and recent reviews - which Google likes to see. 2) Our listings are now accurate which I couldn't manage by myself. So far I am very pleased with the results and look forward to seeing more results as time goes on! What do you dislike about Birdeye? There are few things with Mass Texting and Inbox that could be improved. But I am happy to say that they are very responsive to feedback and have already started implementing some of my suggestions. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to get more reviews more often - so my Google Ranking is improving. I now have accurate listings across the internet. I have the ability to send mass texts to my customers for special events and sales. I can see how my stores are ranking compared to competitors in my area - based on what customers are saying in their reviews.

    "Impressive and Effective Software" What do you like best about Birdeye? The software is seamless with comprehensive analytics and a foolproof strategy to target completed jobs. We have been using it exclusively for reviews and referrals. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Our CRM does not integrate to Birdeye so I have to upload our completed jobs manually thru excel, but that is more of an issue with our CRM than Birdeye. Whether it's me logging on through my desktop or using my app on my iphone. I like with one easy button I can simply send a text and my client leaves a review. I also like that I can review my own reviews or colleagues of mine as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing to dislike. Birdeye was designed pretty simple. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is pretty self explanatory. It makes it very easy for me to manuever from one area to another. Whether it's me logging on through my desktop or using my app on my iphone. I like with one easy button I can simply send a text and within seconds my client leaves a review. I can now easily with a push of a button, send a message to a client and receive a review in return within seconds.

I like how fast it works and how many characters you can keep typing. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't like that it doesn't remain in chat mode for very long and kicks out to an email. I may get back to chatting with them, but it's difficult when I get a phone call or a distraction. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Try it out because it's worth it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's nice that even the older people that haven't chatted stay in the system and you can see their conversations from previous and look through to see what you've already talked about or maybe what you would like to remind them.
