    "Super Easy to Use and Great Customer Service!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The BirdEye service makes our firms Social Media platform easy to use. Anytime we reach out to BirdEye for help, all our questions are thoroughly answered. What do you dislike about Birdeye? To date we have no complaints. We wish we had more traffic in the office to utilize BirdEye more. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you are looking for a management system to handle all platform reviews, BirdEye is the way to go. We submit a case list to them and they handle the rest. Their mobile app is also very convenient and easily accessible to all of our users. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It saves us a lot of time and makes the process easier for us as well as for our clients to post their review on any of the platforms.

    "Easy PERIOD" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of set-up and review acquisition. It is so much better than DealerRater! What do you dislike about Birdeye? There has not been anything to dislike at this time. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Don't wait, make the switch. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are receiving more reviews than with DealerRater ANDwhen a customer has a concern, they email us first before giving a review. With DealerRater, the customer would leave a complaint that would be published and have to be responded to online.

    "Birdeye for the win" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of this software is extremely wonderful. All laid out and very easy to navigate What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have multiple people who use birdeye in our company and I don't enjoy that when we get direct messages that every person has to read them to get rid of the notification. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: BirdEye is a very useful software for your company to manage marketing. Highly recommend as it works for any size of businesses and it's very easy to communicate with your customers via text message, reviews or surveys! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The ease of sending out reviews is much easier and we have have multiple people who are able to access and manage certain areas

    "They're Great." What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple quick and robust. Everything about it is just so simple. Our staff were able to quickly send review invites to our customers and their customers are easily able to find our social media sites to leave their reviews. Their support staff are great, always willing to do what it takes to help us out. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing. It was easy to set up and it's easy to use. The interface is intuitive, provides many reports, etc., to help improve sales. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Quality and # of reviews have improved. Review scores have risen significantly, and we are able to communicate directly with our customers much more efficiently.

Additionally, they have helped us with our SEO ranking. Our dedicated account manager Samar has been awesome in helping us to easily navigate/learn the Birdseye platform. The billing department even helped us tremendously during the COVID-19 . REALLY GREAT COMPANY! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing so far. Been very happy with working with BirdEye...     "BirdEye is great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye has helped our organization see great results on Google. We've increased our average rating, replied to more reviews, and our SEO is great now! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I dislike the social media feature - as we have a vendor we are loyal to that we like better. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the problem of having a low rating on Google. In BirdEye, all reviews on all platforms are together in one location and it's simple to see everything that people are saying about our organization.

    "Excellent customer service, onboarding, and friendly. Product works great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Automatic review request sent out to clients. Helps steer direct feedback to us, instead of to a public domain. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Ipad app doesn't allow for the app to be used when the device is in landscape orientation. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving to help increase our 5 star reviews, and engaging clients using the webchat. We've increased reviews and leads.

    This is a fantastic platform! Selfishly, I want to hide it from all of my competitors because it works so well. I have been overwhelmingly pleased with every facet of this company. The customer service is responsive and effective, The training and implementation is clear and concise, and the product itself is a great idea that delivers excellent results. Two thumbs up!

    "A very helpful business tool!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I liek how we can send out requests for reviews from the app. Our number of reviews has really gone up since we started using it. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Only that I have to respond to customer messages at all hours of the day, but honestly that is self-inflicted. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Use it for gathering more reviews from your customers. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to receive and reply to customer communication very quickly.

    "Birdeye.com is very user friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? The interface is great, easy to navigate, and breaks down all of the information into easy to understand reports, that I can utilize to improve my customers experience. I especially like being able to track my NPS score on a regular basis. Overall Birdeye helps me to make sure that I am on the right track with making sure my customers are receiving the service they deserve. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The send review request defaults to a location other than my own, which does make it a little more difficult to effectively send request manually. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I have seen a definite increase in review traffic, which helps me to have a better understanding of how my customers view my business.

I love how easy the software makes it to get reviews the automatic way is the easiest and most helpful in case i forget a customer What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish i could send out the review to more then 1 customer at a time What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I can spend less time sending reviews out since birdseye automatically does it for me , time saver

    Love it! Pros: The ease of use is one of the best features other than the integration to different POS systems and Google. The new Google Analytics is awesome and Inbox is one of my favorite features Cons: The least prefered part about this software is that autoresponses are set at an enterprise level rather than individual level within an enterprise Overall: Love it. The support team, the client relations team, and upper management. All do an outstanding job.
