    "Amazing One Stop Shop For Reputation Management Platforms!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Making the switch to Bird Eye from another platform was a smooth & seamless transition with added benefits! We have over 30 locations nationwide, that all have their individual websites with respective social media profiles-Bird Eye provided exceptional customer service all around! From inception of the program with a knowledgeable sales rep to pass-off with a hands-on & extremely helpful development team to answer all of our questions + successful execution of program implementation, unlike other platforms that will just send you a DIY link to execute yourself. The live webchat feature, has truly been a game changer for our business, especially during these unprecedented times; adding ease to our newly developed virtual consultation process and increasing lead conversions. In addition to our website, live chat also ties in with FB messenger. These messages would sometimes get lost, because FB Messenger requires separate app download from the FB app itself...but not anymore! We especially love how turnkey this platform is for our managers to use, not just for gathering & responding to reviews via the dashboard itself, but having the capability to leverage SEO-social media as well. With just one click of a button managers can cross share their reviews on their respective Facebook pages. Lastly, we are thrilled about the auto-drip campaign feature; when customers automatically receive e-mail reminders to submit review, vs our admin having to manually follow-up, which adds convenience to their daily workload. Thank you Bird Eye for giving us the tools to help us grow our business and shine brighter! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Considerations listed below........................ What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? -Would love a user level access feature, where installers can have login capabilities to share links (vs having the check in links only to be saved some where on their mobile device), with limited access to data or just the data that pertains to specific to their activity. Total reviews they have accrued, review requests that have not been addressed by that customer etc. -Way to compile data reporting on webchat responses submitted, speed of response time, etc. -Way to sync live chat with our Houzz profiles!

    Onboarding with Nate was fantastic. Product is working great already. Can't recommend Nate enough- he's the best.

    A great way to quickly collect reveiws Pros: This software allows me to easily and quickly send out reviews for my work. It takes less than a minute to send and making this part of my job really fast! Cons: As a user, there is limited feedback that I received and it was would have been better if there was a more cohesive streamlined way to integrate or automate this software so that it would take even less time. Overall: The greatest benefit of this software is that it is user friendly and it is easy to use!

    "Great reputation management software" What do you like best about Birdeye? The Yardi integration is extremely beneficial for property management companies on that platform. We also love the location pages that aggregate reviews and rank in SERPs for SEO purposes What do you dislike about Birdeye? We haven't ran into anything we dislike as of yet. If there were anything, the pros far outweigh the cons. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed review automation and integration with our CRM + post work order satisfaction - Birdeye's API connection to Yardi and automation functionality really helps us. The added SEO benefit for local listing management and local SEO is a huge positive as well.

    We joined on with Birdeye in May and have already seen the wonderful, positive impact it is having on our dental practice. The on-boarding/training experience was helpful and efficient and the app is very user friendly. Sahil was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we had a few technical errors along the way. We recommend Birdeye 100%!

    "User Friendly,Great Support" What do you like best about Birdeye? Our rep Zach is thorough and detailed and is easy to get a hold of. In addition, platform has the ability to track the metrics that will be most meaningful to your business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? While it is not BirdEye's fault, I wish our BirdEye ratings were the first thing that appears when our company is searched for on Google because our ratings are quite good. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to take our customer's reviews and post them to our social media in order to boost our reputation. Our sales folks are bought in and it is just a matter of getting them in the habit of asking for a review before customer departs.

Having to call BE whenever a customer leaves us a good review on the direct feedback link. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Always make sure your text campaigns are working What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to easily send review requests to customers.

    "Very good overall, with only a couple of quirks." What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of sending out review requests and tracking them, including click rates. It is also great that you can send out reviews for multiple platforms at once. Further, I like the clean look and user interface, and the ease by which reviews can be sent. I also saw that it partners with our new case management software, Clio, though have yet to integrate that in. Presumably, it can harvest our contact information to make sending reviews even easier (at least, that's the explanation given on the Clio partner website). Regardless, it is a giant step up over and above our previous approach of simply pointing people to the Google Review webpage and hoping they opened it and would leave a review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have six offices, so making changes as to the appearance or function requires duplicating the same thing five times. It would be nice if we could make global changes among all accounts at once. Also, it would be nice if it picked up reviews in real time, as I receive Google review alerts through G-mail and Google's My Business app immediately, and often have to wait several hours, if not nearly a day, for them to populate on BirdEye. I like to respond to reviews immediately, so often do so through the other apps instead of BirdEye due to the timing of the population into BirdEye. Also, we had a negative review that the user wanted to delete once we reached out and cured the misunderstanding. It deleted from Yelp, but BirdEye still has it listed in the reviews on our user page. However, these are only small issues with an otherwise outstanding product. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I recommend working with the company to see a test account, and having them help you set up your main account once you go with them. Particularly if you are using a Facebook page, but have multiple locations, as the setup is quite advanced for that application. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Harmonizing and making easy Google Reviews for my staff. Previously, it was somewhat tedious, and not all staff followed our SOP. This has turned into many more reviews per month than we had ever seen in the past, and we are dominating the online market due, in part, to those reviews.

    "Marketer/WebDev recommends BirdEye" What do you like best about Birdeye? As a marketer and web developer I feel BirdEye offers business-building features other review companies don't and when needed, their assistance is excellent. BirdEye does more than accumulate reviews, they gently prod us to get reviews. Also as assistance was needed to incorporate their information on a web page, they responded quickly, offered excellent service and followed up afterward. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some websites are easier than others to integrate our reviews on a web page but Customer Service is there to help. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Compare BirdEye to any competitors you might find and you'll see why BirdEye offers more marketing advantages. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the problem of only a small number of reviews and the efforts of gathering them ourselves. One benefit is that we cross-market, calling attention to our reviews page on other channels of social media.

The implementation is kinda hard if you don't know much about IT What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We got real-time feedback from real patients. We have a boost review amount on Google after using Birdeye, which helps a lot with online presetation.
