Helping Your Customer Help Themselves Pros: Ability to have all clients fall under one account and dashboard. Cons: Would like for the texting tool to be more robust. Overall: Birdeye has been great in communications now that I have a dedicated rep. Her help each month is invaluable and helps troubleshoot any issues pretty quickly.

Great product and affordable Pros: So many additional features without having to hire another partner. Cons: So far after a year we have had great success. Overall: Great onboarding and support. Their onboarding team was so patient with us to make sure we were happy.

Birdeye exceeded our firms expectationsUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We joined Birdeye as a strategic partner 12 months ago. We work on a lot of review removal requests so this paired up well with that service offering. We use Birdeye for all of our review management clients, for organic outreach and responses, as well as for directory listing updates and client surveys.Pros - intergrates with Google -provides great customer support -flexible to how we use the toolCons - a few APIs listed on their site integration list still require a manual work around for certain sites and CRMSLikelihood to Recommend - since we are a reseller, the number of people I would get this granular with is pretty limited since I would just highlight wat they can do with our firm. That said, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering them versus one of the other technology providers in the same space. I have used other tools in the space prior and while the technology is pretty much the same everywhere, Birdeye's customer support is the very bestReturn on Investment - we have seen a 120% ROI so farAlternatives Considered - BrightLocal, Yext and Podium - All of these are very similar from a tech stack and API integration standpoint. The dashboard with Birdeye is by far the most transparent, and easy to navigate. There are not a lot of upsells baked into it either. The customer service is also very responsive when we hit a roadblock.Other Software Used - BrightLocal, Slack, Zoho Analytics

Great Product. Highly Recommend Pros: Being able to automate review responses saves my team HOURS of work each week. It's been a huge game changer. Cons: Birdeye does a lot of things right and has continued to release many different features over the years we've been working together. I can't think of anything I dislike about Birdeye. Any issues I've had have been handled right away. They have been more than accommodating. Overall: Birdeye has come a very long way since we first started working with them in 2016. They have always had exceptional customer service and a super fast turn-around time on support tickets.

Good experience Pros: Love birdeye. Some small things I would like to change but overall great company and more importantly great customer service Cons: Having to chat live w support for healthcare providers to get healthcare listings added. Also not having Apple Maps categories listed in the initial setup. Overall: I love everything about birdeye and the technical issues I have had have been solved by the support team. They are awesome and I can’t say enough about them

Handy Tool! Pros: Ease of use, it is a very simple and handy tool to use for Review Management! Cons: The setup can be cumbersome but other than that no real complaints.

Birdeye Software Pros: Review management features, the social media integration is fantastic! Very easy to use. Cons: SMS marketing list segmentation needs serious work. The tags are complicated and confusing. Cannot send SMS marketing to more than one list at a time. Overall: Fairly positive overall. Wish SMS marketing was an easier/better process.

Great Comprehensive Platform Pros: Birdeye is an end to end solve for a large suite of products. It is also very easy to use. Cons: Unfortunately we are having a number of issues around businesses that are not brick and mortar businesses. It would be great to see the capacities for remote businesses expanded.

Birdeye's onboarding was seamless and painless. We received 2 new reviews in the first week of using them. I especially like the social media integration which allows us to push the reviews to our pages. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their reviews.

Does what is says it does well Pros: Effective and well run tool to drive online reviews. Cons: Had a billing issue that has since been resolved.

I have been working with Birdeye for almost half a decade with my current agency, and always have pleasant experiences with their partner success managers. But I have to give a special shout out to Johnny Chancey over the last year for really keeping our goals and opportunities close to his chest and doing everything he can to see all parties succeed. Excellent System with lots of Options Excellent. The follow through and training has been great. PROS The all-in-one backend to manage all features is easy to use and streamlines the process. We also appreciate the one-on-one support we receive from our account manager. CONS I think the texting feature needs to be more streamlined for onboarding our customers. The pricing is extremely confusing and pretty high.
