Brideye is a great product for any business that loves customer feedback and does something with it. Our customers are our greatest gift to improve and validate what we are doing right. Birdeye is helping our business, our employees hear feedback first hand from our guests. Birdeye allows us to see multiple guest review sites in one area and respond. ...the support team are awesome as they work through your unique requests as it relates to your business.

I had some support problems initially, but they responded extremely quickly and resolved the issues. Other than that, they are great for giving you reviews!
I wasn't sure this was the direction to take our company but a friend had tried it, liked it and I thought it couldn't hurt and was worth a shot. Getting people to write reviews had been pure torture for us, nothing worked. We signed up, the support staff was amazing! They helped us integrate our systems, set up initial campaigns and held our hand through the whole process. It's literally only been a few days and we've already seen results! So excited for the whole process and to see where we'll be a year from now. Highly recommend!
