I've been using Birdeye since the fall of 2017. Surveys are sent out effortlessly, and we've received 1,000s of responses from our patients. The dashboard is early to navigate, as is removing patient emails when needed. All of the representatives that I've worked with at Birdeye have been helpful and professional. When our company merger with a larger group in May 2018, I made sure to recommend Birdeye to the new company. Happily, we've been using it ever since.
