Brand Reputation Management Made Easy Pros: The support is phenomenal! I had a few glitches in setting up our account and they were always resolved quickly and reliably. Cons: It is a bit more expensive than others on the market, but you get what you pay for. We were originally with another low cost provider and the service and reliability were terrible.
Rachel was friendly, helpful, and very professional. She answered all my questions thoroughly. So excited to be working with BirdEye.
