Andrew Johnson has been incredible to work with! I genuinely look forward to hearing from him when he reaches out. He always answers all of my questions in a timely manner, never hesitates to make things easier, and always makes sure to check-in on how we're doing. I chose to sign up for Birdeye because of Andrew. I knew that I could count on him to make sure that we were 100% satisfied, and I wish that more companies offered this same level of service.
The person I spoke to was very kind and was able to help me with my question quickly.
It's only been a week since we signed up for Birdeye and we already have seven reviews!
