During few times I had a meeting with her to help me to set up a training program with me I was very exited each time talking to her and learn from her. She was extremely patient, well manner, highly experienced, very educated about the subjects, very friendly, very kind, always smiles, excellent customer relations skill, very professional, very punctual always on time.Birdeye is very lucky to have such skillful and valuable staff. I was honored to be in her team I can not say enough about her.

The guys at birdeye have helped me quite a lot. I've been in my business for 20 years but found I needed to compete with newer people that used social media and google reviews more as an everyday occurrence. The guys at birdeye helped me learn to get more reviews from my clients and post something everyday on social media. With birdeye, there is a great platform to use that saves time and frustration. For me I really appreciate that because now I can focus more attention on my clients and work. This makes me happy.
It was a bit overwhelming at first being old school (not tech savvy ). It seems quite easy to create adds it would be nice to have jpeg conversion to peg built in the system but I could see the benefits of Birdeye after just 2 weeks of use.

This company is too notch. They have everything in your customer portal so there is NO doubt what they are doing for us. We get to pick what features we want to use and only pay for those. Price is very reasonable. And for the first time in 15 years we are getting reviews posted on Google. Excellent company to work with. We have been using bird eye for 2.5 years now and love them!!
