I received great support today from Ashita. My main problem with being able to send BBB reviews was almost completely resolved. I've uncovered some minor issues I overlooked (my fault completely on this one) which I can reach out about to correct. Overall, I'm really excited from the resolution that Ashita and the Birdeye team worked on today. Thanks for the help! I'll get back in touch with Customer Support again in the future because they seem to be very supportive.

We are still new to BirdEye but everything seems to be great so far. Pros: The most appealing feature to me is the amount of customer support and detailed FAQ list making it easier to get started for first time users. Cons: The whole set up seemed a bit intimidating and overwhelming at first but once I got started I realized it was relatively simple. Overall: We are excited to see new Google and Facebook reviews.

Team did a great job explaining the programs features Pros: It is easy to use and that is the determining factor in my staff using it. They have already expressed their excitement to use it. Cons: I really don't have any complaints about it. I am just beginning to use it so I will let you know as I continue to use it.

Quick and helpful Pros: The way it lets me connect with upset users easily and discretely. I never have to worry that I've missed a response. Cons: The user interface could be more intuitive- specifically on setting up the competitor insights. It's great software. I would just recommend hiring some UX help.
