Birdeye has been such a great tool for my company. Both Zac and David have been easy to work with and extremely helpful in working with me to navigate the site and get the most out of my experience with them. I have had a great experience with BirdEye. At first I was hesitant to sign up but, after the one on one training and a short demo, I was sold. This is an amazing product for getting your business real 5 star reviews on multiple sites. If you are considering BirdEye, I'd highly recommend it. We get new 5 star reviews nearly everyday. Not only do you get the reviews you want/need, you also get to see who is not happy before a bad review hits and get a chance to make that customer happy as well.
