It's been 48 hours and we already have more reviews than we've had in 3 years! We have tried many different tactics to get reviews on our own and it just didn't do anything for us. BirdEye is definitely worth it! Our account manager Michael is very helpful too! Love y'all!
Nothing else like it Comments: The way that Birdeye alerts and captures reviews, and lets you share reviews is unique and valuable. Pricing could be better. It's disappointing that you can't share Yelp reviews.
The program works well in getting positive reviews from patients. The support team is spectacular. They go above and beyond in getting system going and explaining the system. I highly recommend.
We went from having 2 reviews (one 1 star and 1 five star) to 150 5 Star reviews and some really awesome compliments in one year. We had no idea we were that well liked . And would still not know if not for BirdEye. Now patients tells us that the reviews were the deciding factor. Secondly we are constantly striving for better customer service because we want to protect our reputation. We have looks at other less costly services but the bundle that BirdEye has put together for us is truly a winner.

Birdeye has been such a great tool for my company. Both Zac and David have been easy to work with and extremely helpful in working with me to navigate the site and get the most out of my experience with them. My clients have been very responsive to the communications sent by Birdeye. In just two weeks my company has received close to 50 reviews.
