Great experience on-boarding a new location (our 2nd) with Birdeye and especially a big thank you to Itishri Kakkar. She was incredibly helpful, quick to respond and resolve and most importantly incredibly friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

This whole experience has been amazing, and the services provided are very helpful. My onboarding specialist Rishiraj was very patient with me. He also took the time to explain everything and walk me through the program and answer all my questions. Thank you to the entire team!

Our office partnered with Birdeye about a month ago and we have been very pleased with their platform and their customer service. Rishi Mansharamani and the entire team at Birdeye have been so integral in our young company's fantastic public and online reputation! The support is second to none, and the entire Birdeye dashboard is easy to use, understand, and integrate. Review Growth Pros: Review management with Birdeye has helped me and our company a lot. We get quick feedback and it helps our company's online rep. Cons: The dashboard was a little tricky at first but the trainers helped out a ton.

Best review management Pros: I like being able to quickly send a review request to my subcontractors after they finish their work on a project. I know it helps our company and it let's me know how things went in their eyes. Cons: I really don't have any complaints. It'd be great if it integrated with our project management software but hopefully soon.

Birdeye for the review win Pros: It was simple to request our subs and vendors to submit a review once a project was complete. Cons: It was a little complex at first, but the onboarding team helped to smoother that process out.

Great software, more than pays for itself Pros: Allows us to convert conversations to clients easily. Great for getting reviews Cons: Sometimes it does not transfers clients phone numbers and emails from our CRM system Overall: Overall good experience, the staff are always helpful and informative

Birdeye is great Pros: Generated reports is very helpful when figuring out our customer input. Cons: Navigation can be tricky to figure where everything is at. Overall: Great customer service.
