We went from having 2 reviews (one 1 star and 1 five star) to 150 5 Star reviews and some really awesome compliments in one year. We had no idea we were that well liked . And would still not know if not for BirdEye. Now patients tells us that the reviews were the deciding factor. Secondly we are constantly striving for better customer service because we want to protect our reputation. We have looks at other less costly services but the bundle that BirdEye has put together for us is truly a winner.
Great promotional device for the company. Looking forward to doing a lot of business with Birdeye.

Birdeye has been such a great tool for my company. Both Zac and David have been easy to work with and extremely helpful in working with me to navigate the site and get the most out of my experience with them. My clients have been very responsive to the communications sent by Birdeye. In just two weeks my company has received close to 50 reviews. I've been extremely pleased with my decision to sign on with them and highly recommend them.

I have had a great experience with BirdEye. At first I was hesitant to sign up but, after the one on one training and a short demo, I was sold. This is an amazing product for getting your business real 5 star reviews on multiple sites. If you are considering BirdEye, I'd highly recommend it. We get new 5 star reviews nearly everyday. Not only do you get the reviews you want/need, you also get to see who is not happy before a bad review hits and get a chance to make that customer happy as well.
