Easy to set up and easy for patients to click on a text message and provide feedback. Customer service is prompt and attentive.
So far I have been fully satisfied with birdeye. After only a couple months our landing page is ranking well on the first page for several important keywords. We have also gained a number of new great reviews. The system is easy to use and their price is fair.

Really helped my business
Birdeye has been phenomenal with helping our company receive online customer reviews and get the word out about new offerings/sales to our customers. Jacqueline and her team trained me on how to use their system and stayed with me every step of the way, sending YouTube instructional videos, even offering to train our employees. The friendliness and genuine care of our success is what sets this company apart from the rest.

Great and easy to use and reliable
The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. The way my rep Hafsa explain the new features especially the text review request and demonstrated how it works, I feel it will really help our business, thank you Ms Hafsa.
Very good customer service. They respond to all my emails and have done what they said they would when the service was sold to me. There are still some kinks to work out, but they seem to be working hard to get those completed. I would recommend BirdEye.
