They linked that page to our website and it is live and direct..so anytime a person leaves a review somewhere it automatically updates the feed and any of our prospective customers can get real time references 24/7. Furthermore, they have created a template we can send to those satisfied customers to continue to build our feedback. Also, there was no contract (Awesome!), the pricing is fair, and we did not have to share our email list. The BirdEye team is affable and ready to help. We have used several reputation management companies in the past. Everybody can collect reviews. Everybody can display those reviews on custom cite. BirdEye is awesome! These guys have been very helpful and responsive. They have a great model for getting feedback from clients and broadcasting it. A platform like this has been very much needed when there are so many random review sites out there. I recommend them to any local business that has happy clients. BirdEye can get those happy customer voices distributed to various channels.

They have a great team and effective product...you can tell they want businesses to succeed.Started using bazaarify which is now BirdEye about 8 months ago. I like how you do not have to commit. I'm giving it a try and so far so good! I believe it is giving my school a better overall online presence.
