I now know what my customers are thinking. PROS I began using Birdseye solely for the purpose of surveying my customers after installations. Now im diving in to all the other amazing things it has to offer! Mostly though, I am impressed that the price is as good as it is. CONS The website is a little overwhelming, but rest assured its worth it!

Not bad, could be better Pros: Can put all of your reviews in one area on your website Cons: Some of our customers complained about the birdeye reps that would call them.

Birdeye has been a great company to partner with and we have seen results quickly. I would highly recommend them. We worked with Sunny during onboarding, and he has been phenomenal from a knowledge standpoint.

Birdeye Review Pros: I love the live chats as they are in real time. It is a great way to get quick answers to clients. Also being able to attach a photo to the chat is great. Cons: The live chat doesn't always reload/ upload new chats. If on it for too long you need to log out, log back in and then they will be displayed.

Birdeye is comprehensive and detailed. I like it. Pros: It's excellent performance is recommendable to everyone.It is the best review software and messaging platform for different businesses.Its easy to collect and manage reviews or even run surveys with Birdeye.Its features are superb. Cons: I absolutely enjoyed using it and I am a thrilled user. Overall: It is quite affordable and secure software which is the best definition of perfection.So far so good.It has been of great help to me and my team.

I am very happy with Birdeye. I had been with Yext for about 5 years before switching and what difference! first the customer support is really tremendous at Birdeye while it is non existent at Yext. The onboarding process here is one of the best I have every had with any SAAS, Siddharth my onboarding specialist was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. The platform itself is very user friendly, and loaded with useful features. The extensive CRM integrations are also a huge plus. From listings management and reputation management to social media integrations and lead generation tools this platform has amazing ROI potential for businesses. I'd highly recommend this tool and this company. Great overall experience, can't say enough good things about this product and the team at Birdeye.

Our team has had a great experience setting up our Birdeye account. Shraiya Bansal was our Implementation Specialist and was fantastic to work with. She really helped us stay on task through the integration process and provided timely updates throughout. She brough in some additional support from some Abdul who was so helpful in cleaning up our google sites too. We couldn’t have done it without them.

BirdEye has the best customer service! I recently requested some onboarding training to get to know the features of Birdeye. I had the pleasure of being trained by Itishri Kakkar. She was very patient with me since I was a new employee at my job and I had no previous experience with BirdEye. I am happy to say that after a couple meetings I was able to navigate through BirdEye, send review requests to our patients and receive an increase on our business reviews. My boss was very happy with the results and we are even thinking about expanding to use more of BirdEye, because this experience is very rewarding.
