BirdEye has the best customer service! I recently requested some onboarding training to get to know the features of Birdeye. I had the pleasure of being trained by Itishri Kakkar. She was very patient with me since I was a new employee at my job and I had no previous experience with BirdEye. I am happy to say that after a couple meetings I was able to navigate through BirdEye, send review requests to our patients and receive an increase on our business reviews. My boss was very happy with the results and we are even thinking about expanding to use more of BirdEye, because this experience is very rewarding. Everyone has been professional and easy to deal with, fast response times and our trainer Sanghita Banerjee was extremely professional and did a fantastic job explaining the many features Birdeye has. I Would highly recommend!

Birdeye Review PROS I love the live chats as they are in real time. It is a great way to get quick answers to clients. Also being able to attach a photo to the chat is great. CONS The live chat doesn't always reload/ upload new chats. If on it for too long you need to log out, log back in and then they will be displayed.
Not bad, could be better PROS Can put all of your reviews in one area on your website CONS Some of our customers complained about the birdeye reps that would call them.
