Why Get Birdeye? Whenever we have questions and need help they are always there. 1 click away for my questions. The ease of use of their platform is what makes them great. Very satisfying result! PROS Birdeye helps you in many ways, business reputation management is one of the best features of Birdeye. All business needs to have a good reputation to flourish. CONS Not all company are perfect but they will try their best to help your company.
Great Platform PROS Birdeye is very easy to use for reviews. Everything is laid out nicely and never have issues. CONS I wish that when someone reviewed on Birdeye that it would automatically review on the other platforms.

Birdeye service allowed us to get feedbacks from them and use it to improve our customer service and improve customer experience overall. PROS User friendly and great service. Birdseye works perfectly for our customer service needs!! Everyday we are able to see what our customers needs are. What they are needing us to improve on, and what they love about us!! PROS I love that we can see what our customers are liking, and that we can see what we can improve on as well. CONS It sometimes logs me out, but it is easy to log back in!

First of all, I demand lots of patience. The Bird Eye representative was very knowledgeable and very articulate every step of the way with getting our business setup. By use of enthusiasm, I was shown step by step on each page how get the most of of my listing. If I need to make adjustments to my listing, it's easy. The data goes out to all of my listings from one place, Bird Eye. Itishri Kakkar, I thank you for helping me with the technical aspect, but most importantly, to maximize our online exposure to more potential customers.
It was a difficult process but they wound up refunding me. I wish they had just given me access to what I paid for but for some reason they had a harder time giving customer support than reversing billing. Looks like they have a good product. Wish I could’ve used it.
