    Great for businesses of any size! Pros: I like that we are able to capture our customer's feedback and perception of us so we can continue to be better for them. Cons: I am still continuing to learn functionality and everything the platform is capable of.

    Excellent consumer facing experience. Pros: We use Birdeye to collect and manage Google and Facebook reviews of our product. We are impressed with the consumer-facing side of Birdeye. The automation of texting and emailing customers to request reviews is great. What we like the best is the way that the emails and text messages look when a customer receives them. The buttons are large and clear. The interface is easy to for the customer to use, and the process of writing a Facebook or Google review is really seamless and fast. Birdeye has helped us gather lots of reviews for Strong Cell. The best part of Birdeye is how the customer-facing interface handles negative feedback. When Birdeye presents the review request to the consumer, the button for Facebook and the button for Google are in blue, then at the bottom of the screen is a red button that requests negative feedback. When a customer clicks the red button, they are able to send our customer service team a message directly, giving us the opportunity to address their complaint, make it right, and provide a quality customer service experience. Meanwhile, arbitrating the potential negative review. This is fantastic. Cons: The Shopify integration is not native. It is facilitated through Zapier. I prefer a native integration. Additionally, we feel limited in the widget options for displaying reviews on our site. Overall: Overall, we are very happy with what Birdeye offers.

Cons - Would like native Shopify Integration (not through Zapier) -When a team member reads a message, mark read for all team members -Direct Shopify referral system integration Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is great at requesting customer feedback and gathering Facebook and Google Reviews. The integration with Shopify could be better, and the Shopify widget to display reviews isn't the best. Both those things are outweighed by how easy and clean the consumer-facing experience is. I can't emphasize it enough, we are really happy with how Birdeye presents the review request to the customer. Return on Investment - We have gathered a lot of reviews -We are able to display the reviews on our site, helping with conversions -We have been able to establish social proof of the quality of Strong Cell Alternatives Considered - We compared to Fera.ai and Birdeye's customer-facing side is better. However, Fera.ai's shopify widget and shopify integration is better. So in the end, we use both. Other Software Used - Shopify Plus, Adobe PhotoShop, DaVinci Resolve Usability - We are happy with what Birdeye does for us. Support Rating - They are great. And they respond quickly.

    Birdeye has been great Pros: I enjoy how user friendly Birdeye is, everything I need for reviews for our company is all in one place. Cons: I don't like how I don't know every capability in Birdeye, but that's not at fault of Birdeye they have lots of help and seminars. Overall: Overall, very helpful, friendly staff and super user friendly

    I am so happy that we rejoined Birdeye. They takes away the stress of asking for reviews from our patients! Plus they actually get your reviews to Google and Facebook. Its refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they are going to do.

    Recommended for ease of client communication Use Cases and Deployment Scope - I use birdeye everyday to communicate with clients via text message, to send google review requests and to manage reviews in other platforms as well. Birdeye streamlines our client communications so if someone is out the next person can pick up the conversation or manage the reviews as they come in.We're all able to keep an eye on the ball and allows for better customer service. Pros - Allows us access to text message from anywhere -Streamlines client communications -Helps manage company google reviews Cons - N/A Likelihood to Recommend - Clients are more apt to respond to a text message than an email but birdeye has capability for both which is great. Contacting clients via birdeye has allow shorter response times and better communication with them overall. Return on Investment - It allows for shorter wait time in client communication. -It has helped increase our client retention as they feel heard when we can respond quickly with a text Other Software Used - Pipedrive, Clio Support Rating - Quick response time Usability - It's easy and straight forward to use. Very little questions when onboarding to learn to use it.

    Sanyam was absolutely brilliant. I'm not the greatest at this type of thing so he had to show great patience with me. He explained and went through the whole process and how I can tailor Birdeye to my needs. I cannot thank Sanyam enough.

    Birdeye within the Vet World Overall experience with Birdeye is great. They are very helpful and informative. They help as soon as we ask for it and go above and beyond when it comes to showing us what we can do and use. PROS I love the customizable social feature. We have multiple clinics that all have different logos and colors. This helps make it very easy to post to all clinics at once. We also love the Reporting software. Its very easy to use and gives us all the basics that we need. Or if we would like to go in depth we can. CONS Survey integration has been our least favored item. It seems like we will need to change the way the front desk checks customers in, in order to use this correctly and this could get very messy. I loved how easy it is to use and customize but when it comes down to the front desk remembering to change the way they work on a day to day it will be difficult to incorporate and implement. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE Due to price and trying to have everything in one location. VENDOR RESPONSE Amazing! Thank you for sharing how much you love utilizing Birdeye Social! Replied August 2023
