I love Birdeye! Working with Itishri Kakkaron their Implementation Specialist has made onboarding a breeze! Itishri is so knowledgable, patient, and beyond kind. I have loved every minute of working with her and the rest of the Birdeye team. Since using Birdeye, our practice reviews have drastically improved and we've received a lot of great feedback to help improve our overall patient experience. Customer service is amazing! I needed help updating my review link- and received the help I needed immediately! Because it was later in the day, I was expecting to leave an email, and wait to have my issue addressed the following business day… but nope! I was helped immediately! They were helpful and very friendly!
I think bird eye does everything relatively well. Clear communication and really great to see the review generation being so trackable. Akash and Ed were great people to work with
Ankona was extremely helpful during the implementation process. She made things very easy to understand and took things at a perfect pace. She always answered any questions and I never felt like just another customer to her.
Learning how to use all the Birdeye features takes a lot of time. We would have liked more guidance and instruction from the implementation manager, in addition to the on-boarding spreadsheet.
Great Experience
Walk through went well, informative. I used Birdeye prior, would suggest tailoring the onboarding based on experience.
It took a while to get our EMR integrated, but the Birdeye team was persistent to get a solution that worked for us.
Everything was great! I had a very pleasant time from initial contact all the way through to the start of our first review request. Everyone that I have worked with so far has been on top of their game and willing to help in any way possible!
