Activating permanent monitoring of our social media accounts Pros: Birdeye brings all the capabilities together in one place. I loved its ability to ensure the quality of our posts and enable us to quickly sort out the rationales and get rid of any unwanted comments. It is great that Birdeye enhances our continuous monitoring and control over all our accounts. I love the ease of formulating multiple types of responses to suit all the expected comments. The reports are very useful and cover a lot of details efficiently. Cons: Everything is easy with Birdeye after successfully integrating with all the social media platforms we use. Overall: Birdeye has greatly supported our efforts and enabled us to improve our social media presence. It is great that it removed inappropriate comments immediately and also helped those interested get a direct answer to their inquiries and directed them in the right way to get more information.

Very happy with this software, it has helped me keep a schedule with our social media posts because it has simplified the process and assists me with posts ideas and content. I can now schedule weeks at a time and add a great variety of posts on multiple platforms at the same time. It also keeps track of all the messages from every platform in one spot which is such a time-saver and makes sure we don't miss a message. I also love how it has helped us get more reviews with automated follow-ups to our clients. Great investment for our business!

Birdeye to the rescueUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye to help with our online reputation, chatbots and reviews. After getting onboarded, we hit the ground running. We immediately noticed an increase in communication from our website and Facebook. With Birdeye's support, we were able to quickly respond to employees, potential customers and current clients. The tools aren't cheap but they have seemed worth the cost.Pros - Client Reputation -Chatbot -Customer ServiceCons - Price -Online contact information -Contract renewalsLikelihood to Recommend - If you are in need of increased client or employee reviews, Birdeye is a great resource. Not only will they set you up with the service, they will help you execute on the plan. They will keep you accountable to using the service and executing the plan as well. Chatbots are good as well but there are cheaper services now.Return on Investment - Improved Client Communication -Increased SEO -ROI has been solidUsability - The user interface is not difficult and the onboarding process is pretty helpful. But there are even more features that I will likely use in the future. Birdeye is the only reputation management that works well with medical and dental software systems. Thank you BirdeyeUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Birdeye for online reputation management. Birdeye is able to consolidate all of our multiple locations and providers into 1 database so it is much easier to respond to all the reviews and inbox messages that come in. Birdeye is able to save our organization time by allowing us to view all of the reviews and messages in 1 place rather than having to view each listing on each platform individually.Pros - The Birdeye Platform is very easy to use -Gives us the ability to respond to current and potential patient questions in a much faster manner -Customer SupportCons - I wish they provided Spanish translations for our auto responses to reviews -I wish Birdeye Social was included in our standard contract and didn't require us to pay more to use this feature -In the past, there was lots of personnel turnover, but it has been much more stable latelyLikelihood to Recommend - For businesses that have customers or clients or patients with several different locations, Birdeye is essential to help with the reviews and messages received through Google and other platforms. For businesses with only 1 single location, Birdeye could still be useful but wouldn't be as essential as it would be for other businesses.Return on Investment - Our Google review volume has gone up over 500% since starting with Birdeye -Our Google rating has gone up from a 4.3 to a 4.5 since using Birdeye -However, we have had situations where some providers are already too busy and we couldn't accommodate new patients found by Birdeye and GoogleUsability - The Birdeye Platform is very easy to learn and use. All of the features are instinctive and users are able to learn the system quickly and without much, if any, outside help. There have been instances where I don't notice for MONTHS a client it's having requests sent out because they are organically still getting reviews.

There is a lot more involved than I first realized and it has made my business communications between all platforms a lot faster, easier, and more accurate. Onboarding was very detailed and Hitesh was very detailed with us.
