customer support was very good. The fact that I had to call to report missing videos was rather irritating. The videos have always come regularly and if I hadn't called I still wouldn't have gotten them.

Spoke with Ellen about encouraging patients to write comments for us (reviews) using your request platform. We tried one to our receptionist and honestly did not like some of the phrasing you employ, and that those patients without a gmail will be stuck...no other options explained. Can you help?
Have sales team explain more about the call. A little more info might save time. Because I was not aware it would be an IT job.(maybe not for everyone) I was told about a quick call to set up. I thought it would be Q&A. But my call had to be reset so I could contact my IT guy. My rep was very helpful, patient & kind on all issues. Once the 2 of them got together all was great. Thanks
