I was unsure if I had a previous log-in to Google Reviews or not and needed assistance on that. My caller was very pleasant to talk to and helped me out the best she could!
The support team helped me solve my problem of not being able to see the send review button on our screens. I did not like that I sent what my problem was, and then someone asked me how they could help me, and then I was switched to another user and they wanted to get into my screen, which while working it's not easy to just share the screen, and since it was such a small thing to fix, I feel like it would have been easier to say go to set up, click on account and there it was.
I have chatted with someone with your company 2 times in the past couple days and they have been absolutely fabulous! Very timely and helpful. Answered all of my questions! Thank you!
My experience with Hafsa was excellent. She was very helpful, and made it clear that she was on hand to answer any questions after the implementation experience.
Pretty quickly after we started the upload, Kyle found a slight hiccup with our particular software. After I provided all the (minimal) help I could, he was able to go behind the scenes, remote access our service and finish the install. It was fun watching my computer screen in action. All went really well, and we got our first review this afternoon - 5 stars. Thanks Kyle
